this one scam 600 people by promoting to them he is profitable trader (in fact he is not) and base on that people start to subscribe his service .

In his 5 years he embezzle millions of dollars from poor innocent traders

we want FBI visit his mansion and helping us verify his tax audit , see where his income mostly come from? from trading or from his victims .

I would like to for someone to actually prove their allegations instead of just throwing around accusations based on nothing but their own OPINION.
Prove that someone is guilty of what you accuse them of instead of asking them to prove themselves INNOCENT.

I am not in favor of FF having a commercial thread as I feel it has brought out the greed in people trying to scam and given them the platform to perform. As a result I feel that a lot of people around here are shocked and annoyed and disappointed with what has evolved in the Jacko scandal and hit out at J16 cos he is here and they can take it out on him. How sad.

A trading buddy said to me the other day .... FF of the past was a safe place for traders to meet, like a friendly pub, whereas the FF of present day is like a biker bar.

If he just says J16 is not trustworthy, it is ok. Accusing J16 scamming without evidence should be banned.
I have reported one of this guy's posts. Language like that is just not called for, esp if he hasn't even used J16's services.

It is a sad day indeed at FF that language like this can be used without any evidence/facts.

I am sure that out of the 600 'scammed' people, there would be a few still reading this site. How about any of them come thru and say they were 'scammed' by J16.

I could ramble on, but it is pointless. Debating and exercising reason is only possible with someone who has an open mind. This guy has poven beyond doubt that he/she is not capable of reasonable discussion, or behaving like an adult.

Twee needs to take immediate action on this.

I'm only about 3 hours away.
It is at the stage where Twee and others have to step in. Yes, i realize that they feel burnt over the jacko situation and no doubt the FF lawyers are saying " no more deletions..no more interfering etc".

However, now there are accusations of embezzlement etc. The words themselves are cause for a lawsuit for defamation of character and libel. Being a conduit for libel is not in FF's best interests...legally or monetarily. It also harms FF's own reputation.

If this were my fight then a lawsuit would be launched, subpoenas issued to FF for identification and disclosure purposes and a cease and desist order quickly sent to FF.

The Jacko issue has caused irreparable harm to individual traders (friends of mine have lost life savings) and severe harm to FF. However, the pendulum has swung too far in FF's stance of allowing the Wild West to police itself.

Nobody said that running a forum as a business was easy. Nobody said that it was not without it's legal quagmires. Now, FF as a business has to look at it and see that they are opening themselves up still to potential lawsuits while at the same time harming their future business prospects. Clients (advertisers) will want to know that you are in control and that you know what to do when issues arise.

So far, FF you have been failing.

James, you do not have to defend to anyone as to whether your business is a hobby or not. You do not have to defend to anyone the legal structure of your business units.

However, James, you have an obligation to defend your reputation on behalf of all your senior members who help out whether they are paid or not. You are able to say that you don't care about the statements written so far. Good for you. However, you are the CEO of the Private Forum (or whatever name you wish to use for your title) and as an ex-CEO myself I would not tolerate the fact that people who work for me had to read this stuff.

So James, it is time to act..not for yourself...not for your reputation but for everyone that you say you care for. Their livelihood is being harmed here as well as their own reputation.

I've been here for four years. I don't know James, I've never dealt with him, but I've been hearing of him since the beginning.

I've never heard anything bad about him. I've never heard of a disappointed student. If he was running a fraud, it would have leaked out.



I will say that I've never seen a man handle the kinds of things that have been thrown at him, over the last couple of days, as graciously as he has. It shows character and that is something that can't be faked. He has impressed me.
