Hi all...


All that was just posted maybe true....still does not mean its a scam...or anything bad...

Are you trying to tell me car dealers dont tell a few untruths for the sake of the business......but at the end of the day it comes down to ,,,were there any real substantial complaints..

And I have been around here a few years..was that 3 or maybe 5yrs....not sure...lol ..

And I have not heard people jumping around saying that James16 had taken there money..........and that is very simply the Point.

if anyone has had a problem....now is the time to stand up and say so....put pride aside and inform your fellow traders if you had a financial issue with James16.

If nobody comes forward...this is were it should all end.

I think it is ok for people to question J16's trustworthiness, because of insufficient evidence, such as bank statements, for him to prove himself. Nevertheless, it is not fair to say he is a scammer without evidence. Scamming is a serious accusation. Accusing someone for scamming without any evidence (even if you are later proved right) is a disrespect, which violate rule #1, and relevant posts should be subjected to removal.

If you have any evidence of J16's scamming, please show it!

I am in no way whatsoever defending onlydragon's accusations, these are merely my own thoughts & questions formed from reading James'...

Its not scam, its bussines as any other commercial section on FF. Maybe it would clear a lot of things if James stands up and admits he is doing this for money and not for common good. Some paid members have already found its good bussines so they've opened own commerial sessions (silence service). It would be really interesting to have some stats , if some of these people (600+) were/are successful.

Couple of months ago, fxterrapin opened simmilar thread about Jacko (in red), and discussion were also the same.

I don't think this would be fair to James or anyone else. We could/should expect a very high failure rate and this should not be used as a metric tool.

The new CFTC ruling requires that US forex brokers publish profitability statistics of their clients. Why shouldn't mentors/systems sellers be held to the same standard? (not that it could be enforced easily, but the question is valid nonetheless)

If failure rate is not fair game, what other metric do you propose they be hypothetically compared by? Testimonials alone are fleeting when it's a different crowd giving them every year..
For those may not know, even core senior member of J16's Private Group failed after years of learning forex trading.

There used to be 5 core members in J16 private group (James16, Fijitrader, Diallist, Mbqb11, PeterFM) a few months ago. PeterFM gave up and joined the 95% of the failed population after 5 full years of hard learning.

So, don't expect that much in joining the private group.

I'm not saying it shouldn't be made public / available, but that is a different issue than attributing the W/L% to the legitimacy of the educational material.

I believe the CFTC's rationale, or least one of them, is to provide full disclosure on the associated risks. In essence, to serve as a warning to anyone who thinks this is going to be a fast buck.

IMHO, if someone wants to play the, I'm a successful trader - I can show you way mentor, one of the only methods for this to truly work is by using an over the shoulder method. The students must have access to mentors desktop/trading station, so he/she can watch live. This is how I learned to drive a car... play guitar... kickboxing... etc. You need to see the master in action, have them explain what's happening live, then you follow.
Bottom line is, james free thread has alot of damn good free info, want more time with teachers and more support, pay for it at the paid forum.

James is not hiding this, it's nothing more, nothing less, if you don't like it, don't join.

You nuts are acting like he's cheating people, or scamming them into investing huge amounts of money or something, he's very open that most people will fail, he's very open about it all.

He even has a refund policy, if you join for a month, anyway can't remember the details, go read it for yourself, nobody is forced to keep paying if they think it's garbage material.

If you guys have a better way to learn, pls enlighten all the newbs how to do it, one thing that helped me in my learning curve was not having to cut thru all the bs of finding and consolidating all the best info about trading, the web is a mess full of great info, but sorting thru it can be hard as a newb.

Anyway, what's you people's problem again? Your envious james is making money teaching? WHat's your problem, I still don't get what your problem is, james is upfront with what he's doing.

What do you nutters want from james now? Shut down everything cause your so friggin envious, have you nutters been on his free thread lately, and seen how many people it helps? Again, not everyone makes it with his material, that is no secret, but nobodies material helps everybody that does it, anyway I don't get why you nutters are on his ass. You've brought up redflags, great, so if your sus on his material, or new people are sus on him, don't pay him, read his free thread, if you don't like whats there don't join the pf, chances are if you are not learning from the free thread, you'll probably not like the pf, if you like the free thread, you'll learn at a quicker rate in the pf forum, no secrets, that's the bottom line.

Lets see how long you nutters keep ranting for ay.
Can one of you nutters point me to a better thread for learning forex then the j16 free thread?

Even if you consider you nutters points about red flags, his free thread kicks most free or paid services.

he made 80k a month and increasing .... from his subscribers and he is still saying he is doing it for helping people with less return ...ironically, his main income from his subscriber but he still say he is doing charity with them

You keep saying the same thing, but fact is, his free thread kicks ass, another thing about it, have you guys seen the support mike gives on there for free, and jarroo, these guys give alot of help for anyone on there, you are acting as if it's not good info, again, show me somewhere else that has this?

Wow, that is some statement. Not that I am saying you are wrong or correct, just some of the names you have mentioned really surprise me as failed traders.

From memory, james, fijitrader and diallist did not necessarily trade the same way as j16. They were part of the core group because they each were handling different aspects of the mentoring process, eg fijitrader was handling the psychological development as a trader.

Am even more surprised at mbqb11's name being mentioned, because he was hand picked by Darkstar to be mentored. So am assuming he trades more Darkstar's style than j16's style per se.

If you have any verifiable facts about your statement, I for one would be very very interested to see them. Only for the reason that it will change my view on a lot of things.

To clarify, only PeterFM gave up as a core member, not the other 4 of them.

Your mistake is that you expect him to prove a negative. A claim must be falsifiable, I don't have to disprove anything james says he has to prove it. If you make the claim provide a means of disproving it.
If James claims to be able to trade he must provide either
1) http://www.stocktwits.com or
2) One his 50 live futures accounts (he can choose the winner and leave out the non-profitable accounts)
To put things in perspective, there is professional traders who win for years, then just start losing and never get it back, I know 2 traders who trade for a bank, one of them was a winner for over 10 years, then for the last 2 years he cannot turn a profit over 2 year period, he's about to get fired, there giving him one more year to get his shit back together, this is a hard business, and again, james points this hardship out over and over again.

Not sure if you conspiracy nutters even follow the free thread at all, but there is constantly before the fact trades laid out by a few long timers and newer guys and talked about on a day to day basis, yea before the fact and during the trade, very good learning stuff right there for anyone interested out there.

That is true. In two ways, J16 thread is better than Jacko's.

There are a lot charts on J16 illustrating their method, which are free. On Jacko's thread, I can't find much educational material except its post 1.

J16 has illustrated the hardship in the learning process, while suspicious Jacko's marketing team kept promoting instant success.
