Are you talking about entry (and bearish scenario) at No.1 or No.2?
In case of No.1 I absolutely see what you mean, kinda swing trade from TL to TL with volume and MA confirmation (along green lines).
But I can't see any bearish at No.2, I only see strength coming in (although weakness in background with climactic Up bars earlier at 1.54).
Could you please let me know which area did you mean for a low risk...

EIT :- forgot to point out the mark down. It is the bar after the first ND. Price was marked down quickly in order to lock the herd.

UPDATE

This is the safe exit but, you could wait.

This could be the start of an up move or a sideways action. Either way the price will probably revisit the support area. That would be an aggressive exit.

Of course it might keep going down but, with that volume on the SO bar, I doubt it .......at least for a while anyway.

I've only notice this thread recently which when i was wondering what happen to the other one by Shamus's thread..

Just to add to you charts..

The dip in price after the 1st sign of weakness or climatic is a classic wyckoff AR or "automatic rally" which then follows by an upmove to retest the zone, which you indicated on the bar that says "fails to break the previous high". That is hidden selling.

Hope it helps the rest...

Absolutely, these 'tests' are found all the time. Sometimes over just a couple of bars and sometimes over many bars.

Your input is always welcome.

Basically what you're saying is that if there is ultra-high volume whilst piercing a TL that means it will likely to reverse soon, is that assumption correct?
In this case there was buying climax while going through the upper side of a downward channel, wasn't there? Of course, momentum helped it a bit further up but it was soon heading South. What other confirmation did you wait for (if there was any)?

Hi hsa013,

As i said Cable trade was based on strong TL and Ultra High VOlume (Buying Climax) in this case i got my formation to confirm entry.I have 2 versions of setups one is Stop volume or Ulta High volume on some of my strong points (TL) and second is based on Sup-Res zone (shapes i draw)...
On both setups i wait price to broke my shape to cofirm Ultra or Stoping Volume....
