Hello,
Is it possible to hit ten homers (1250 pips) in a row. That's 12500 pips. If this is possible and we double up each time, we make $1M with $1K. What if we hit 5 in a row? We make $16000 with $1000. I think those are great numbers for a risk/reward ratio. But, what are the odds of this happening? Any ideas out there?
My thinking is if we do actually hit this type of hitting streak risking our standard amount (let's say 2%);thus giving us 50 tries. What does that equate to? Did we make money, breakeven or lost money? 1 in 50 is like a 2% winning rate on hitting 5 in a row doubling up each time.
Do we make money?
I can sure use a million.
