The markets were very quiet today. I have been browsing the other threads (VSA, TRENDS, SCALPERS, etc) and the verdict is that this is some sort of quiet before the storm. Some people are nervous, but nanningbob`s counter trend traders are pretty relaxed with the knowledge that what goes up must come down or what goes down must go up.
Bob, how is your experiments with 1,1,3,3, system progressing? Have you ever considered 1 lot entry every 100 pip and if you have what are the merits and the draw backs of such an approach.

BE came quickly. But you can do that type of stuff playing very small. The problem with most guys coming here with their trend following training they are playing with too big of lots and then they get scared. 500 pips negative is 50 bucks in the hole for one currency, so what. If you play 1.00 lots now you are 500 in the hole and your sitting on a 2000 dollar account and cussing at me. You have given yourself no room to manuever or be involved in 10 other currency trades that will make profit over the next two days and score more than the 500 pips. So going 100 reentrance really depends on your lot size to account size. You play small enough you can do anything.
