I'm creating this as a new thread hoping a programmer will pick this up and perhaps do something with it. I'm looking for an EA where BASICALLY it acts like a moving pending order. Let me explain 
a pending order has an immovable price line (meaning if the price hits the order it opens), if someone could create an EA that when it touches a horizontal line it'll execute an order in the direction YOU choose IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!! not a SECOND to waste, so no MATTER if conditions aren't right in the markets or whatEVER, it'll execute no matter WHAT. All I'm trying to do is beat the "normal" executions (F9 on MT4) because sometimes they're a bit slow to execute. If there IS something like this out there could you link me?? I've been trying Firebird's v1.5 but when it touches a line it enABLES the trade, it doesn't EXECUTE IMMEDIATELY. I'm looking at trading news
