Interesting, look at this also: http://market-ticker.org/archives/12...Is-A-Scam.html This is probably why these bots are sending these seemingly ridiculous orders to the exchange. Once again Wall Street proves it's always ahead of the regulators...

Over on NP somebody points out (and quite rightly so) that a lot of these patterns are due to the way order books are updated, not anything nefarious.
The breaking of a wave cannot explain the whole sea.

It doesn't matter. We're currently in a witch-hunt of sorts. Anything involving anybody involved with the financial world will be painted evil in one way or another.
