I hate to break it to you, but it is not as easy as that.

Majority of the people here are with market makers, who hardly offset their trades and they are the opposite side. So it stays very internal. ECN's would be your go.

Also, you would need more than a 100mil, I trade 50-100 lots or so, and have never seen it even inch with that. Although, the liquidity of the market at a specific time would play a part.

Wrong market to try to move, and you would need consistent momentum to make profit for everyone as well.

Life aint that easy. You have to spend couple of years practicing demo in getting a hunch/intuitions about market moves.

ECNs don't give you access to interbank either..

that consistent momentum is also a very valid point, but that is where big boy algos come in

I would say you have to do that on a market with little volume - so, I think that e/u is maybe the wrong underlying for to that.

Even the micro eurofx future has at minimum 50 contracts (625,000 €) on the best offer/bid...with a margin of about 10% you would need as much as 62,500 € for moving it for 1 pip.

Well its good for web traffic and spider search engines, which brings in advertising revenue... What may seem illogical is actually the perfect working mechanic of making online earnings.

lets male another calc:

right now are 9800 traders online - lets say everyone of them has a 10,000 USD acc and will use it for buy the micro eurofx future

so, with a margin of 500 USD per contract everyone buys 20 contracts - that makes about 196,000 contract - wich has a value of about 2,450,000 € - seen that the medium volume in the last week was about 5,000 contracts a day, we could support the micro eurofx for nearly 40 days or 2 months :-) - that would be really a nice thing

yeah, you are right - but the eurofx has a daily volume from about 250,000 a day...that makes about 31 bln € - more than 10 times of the buying power from the whole community...
