exernal settings rsi and macd stoploss and takeprofit
and time when to start and when to stop (twice)

u need 7 mb 30 days (its max) to learn programing enaugh to do what u want so if u start now u finish before september and than u will able to start do more complicated systems without engage other people... Of coure we can help u but not do instead of u!

You need to explain how it works. What conditions need to be met for a buy or sell order. How is anyone going to code an EA without knowing that?

Seems to me you are here looking for a coder to help you for free but you are not prepared to share anything.....in fact your assertion that you will only provide the best settings after coding is downright insulting.

There seems to be a perception that coders should be happy to work in exchange for your holy grail. If I had a nickel for every noob that has offered me his useless grail in exchange for coding, I wouldn't need to trade.
