I know it, this is not normal for me, but i was defeated in the last levet last day... I did big fight throw 2days thru, but failed... Frankly i felt asleep in the chair yesterday throw the night i was holding a possition...
But my account is so little(from the first year of trading), that without training, its not worth tragedy to dive... But i give that 100% of course.

never mind small damage.


Fana, that was another battle.
after every battle, you must re group and do headcount.
so that your resources can accommodate sufficiently for another.
Don't carry battle scars.
read monk and little monk story.

if you can , set a risk capital aside.
then divide that into half
half resources goes into normal battle.
The other half is contingency reserves in case of worst case scenario.

Common Fana , think.
even a woman will not put everything on the table on 1st encounter.

And not to forget MM skewing for 1st tranch
for reserve tranch MM should be up x3

If you are badly undercapitalised then you need to work and save the required resources.
No one can make a phone call with 9 cents.

Never rush into anything unprepared for the worst.
Patience is a virtue.
Be Prepare should be your motto.
Never force, it sends your mind into very dark places.

Thank you Fti. Maybe this will suit better to my menthality than "not having -only risk- capitall. If you see my equity graph, it is good growt 10 or 20days and after.... crazy loss what i dont believe myself what i do...after it i look at it and see, that it is compleetely non-logical and crazy...(example-positions closed at -100pips or more...).This was also after trip with one woman... Regards

ai ya, you better sort out your your priorities asap.
no man can serve 2 masters.

I know when young , the hormones do direct some.
But you must set your priorities and have the discipline to sacrifice one if need be for focus on whats truely important to you. Having said that, i do not mean you have to be a monk, but to be focused. Figure out what it is that you want, and build around that.
