Patience is key and probably one of the most valuable traits you can acquire as a trader. There's not need to feel like you need to always be in the market. Make 200-300 pips a week and you're going to be doing extremely well in a couple years. I gave up on trying to trade lower time-frame charts a long time ago for two reasons:

1) They tend to make you over-trade

2) Lifestyle. I can set and forget my targets and stops and do what I want. Isn't that what trading is all about?

additional pt from me....

i) look other pair and not necessary GY will give bigger profit
ii) hit n out/ scalp according to what we want.
iii) yes agreed get out from the market if mess as lower tf easy to been manipulated

Thanks bro ... I'm sure I have those pills. But I'm not really in a hurry.
I still have one underwater trade going from April 25th, and it could take about 4 months from now before that will most likely turn into profit. So patience is what I have to live with.

same menu like yesterday till breakout either way..but i more to down due to sp n uj movement...

tue & wed = same movement at same session
thu = reverse behavious like tue & wed
friday = will be same like thu? me? am not suprice if it will be medium hard down sooner then later n break yesterday support.

am no trade just play with audusd as usual 1 lot from .88116....already lock BE+10. If hit SL again....no more trade today. Am done this week. Just watch n c any opp in NY or london close today...

If we have a GU bearish kumo breakout on the Daily next week, that will be a trade you can check once a day for at least 2 weeks ... Similar to the early may breakout.

This can be relevant and educational for threaders. Recorded today, Ashraf explains global economic influences and indicators, specifically discussing the possibility of sterling's run being over, and having hit some possible ceilings. I'd mentioned weeks ago that 135/136 regions is going to be too tough to crack.

Yesterday, Ashraf twittered the likelihood that GBPCAD was going to 1.59. The charting was clear to determine that, and take it as a trade. Pitting the strongest currency against the weakest is the sign of a versed trader - seeking these out can be part of your session pre-trade planning. GBPCAD did in fact head to over 1.6 resulting in 300 pips from his recommendation time - I traded a small lot, but am sorry I didn't back up the truck!

The video is about 7 minutes; the intro is valuable, but if you're after the sterling components and yen strategy, it's about 4 minutes in. Enjoy.
