strange to see that UJ was going down and ES going UP

now they are both going down and the pound too.

SPX:

technical: re-test the NL. breakline at 1040
fundamental: AUS news, China IPO, and some financial sector at S&P supported this move...

Possible reversal at the last stop of the last climb around 132.28 coming up? I'm not holding out huge hope, other than for a temporary bounce. It's that NY time of day where the DOW and S&P could either rally up or continue the down direction. Note the S&P has given up all the 'optimism' of the day; IMO we've still got some NFP action to work through the system, and a double bottom test of the all important 1000 S&P level. Many are expecting a up week based on last week's successive down days, but even the pit & equity traders know it's a difficult uphill case with little reason.

Haven't been posting much lately, as am just scalping the up bounces, but we continue to see lower highs, recently with 133.68 seeing a double top rejection, and another telling daily candle. Finding it a bit frustrating on the slowness of the down grind; should we dip below 131.85, 131.2 should fail, and we should see a 130.5 test. IMO, we continue to see distribution and shorters pile in.

EDIT: Just adding that that last stop just above the 23.6% fib I drew turns out to be right at the NFP spike 23.6% fib, if you place your 100% fib at 133.894. Regardless, in the meantime, both the S&P and GY look to be heading lower.

What's your opinion on SPX going forward.
I was thinking former support 1040 acts like resistance.
and it was exactly what happened.

but even if i think we are getting lower below 1000. there is some bullish sentiment in the air. maybe just for a bounce.
1040 i guess will be key level for bulls/bears

sorry for that if u felt offenfed it was not my intention only question where theoritically would have been entry for short position when intraday high holds of course according to your view, just my curiosity.

If u interested i am still holding shorts and will add all the way up to 1.53 if see.

I know...EW count getting very complex on GJ pair...I rather stay on sideway...Only gbpchf looks promising..

Well of course we are here to share our knowledge in most cases.
So i can understand ukdaytrader and his irritation when u post chart after imovement occur, As u said u are new in forum, we experienced many similar behaviour and red lights were turn on. Anyway leave this issue pls.

My short is based on many things

1. why gu and gj are so strong when S&P500 is tanking ?
2.USD index on support
3 GBP index on resistance
4 h4 bearish divergence is devoloping on gu
5. gj still below daily ema50
6 uj broke ? 88 support ?
7.and my system point this direction in near future only i dont know only when will start.
8 Weak longs must be wiped out as well.
9 the overal target is 133-128 for cable as 261.8% fibe extension of wave B(or 2)
10 Upper trendline and daily ema200
