You could as a starting point use parts of my IRC signal generator (see my signature). The detection of trading activities and message generation can be used and you just have to throw away the IRC client stuff, make a new implementation of sendLine() and make a HTTP client instead of the IRC client. If you can post something on facebook with only one single http request and without having to listen to the response then the existing networking code should be sufficient. If the facebook api need more than one http request and you need the response then there is a more complete socket API for mql4 in the libraries section on mql4.com

you can connect unlimited number of accounts to Facebook and twitter and Trades will be sent automatically to your Twitter and Facebook account.

you can even set your own permissions and time scales too.
