I received the 4hr short signals - they are now in place on both pairs. I already have a reverse long ( blue dot) on the 30 min GU - so I will be waiting for 2 scenarios - one, a new short (red) dot on 30 min GU will indicate a continuation short. This is the one I would attempt to trade.

On EU, a different scenario is playing out. No reversal Blue dot, but you will notice a small long signal ( small dot, as opposed to the large one on GU) - and now followed by a small red - this is another method of trading these - but I will only get to these later. In theory, this also indicates possible continuation short. For now though, I will ignore this. Will add this setup later as well.

At this time, it may seem that I am slow to react to changes, but I am explaining step by step. Taking it slow on purpose.

Did take some scalps before going to bed last night. SL placed way below, as I was not at the PC to monitor and I did not want to get spiked out. RR seems poor, but I had the confidence to attempt. Still testing this.

Angle of current PA suggests 1.2350 / 1.2355 on the cards. Will hold a bit longer. Will see if we get there.

my chart still not like uas after putting all the indis to there place is there any thing am missing check my chart below no big dots and mine has many small dots wat happening

Good day to you,

It seems that you have not downloaded all indicators. On the top right corner of the thread page, you will see a paperclip icon. Click on this and download all the latest posted indicators and template from there. Now see to it that all the indicators go to the correct folders and try again. This should fix it.

All the other dots on your screen, is part of the "breath of currency" indy. Once you have loaded the template and these are still there, go to the indictor and then edit the input parameters. Set all "true" tabs to "false" - there are many.

This should take care of it.

sir i have done all that needed
and now after putting the indiczator true to be false i get a blank chart! the only dots seen is the expected levels that r in blue.i think i need more explanation on the attachment and wat need to be attached

I have copied all the last posted indicators from the paperclip icon - as well as the template. I have placed the template in the template folder ( remember there are 2 template folders) you want to add this template to the template folder prior to going into "experts" - not in the template folder under "experts" itself.

I copied all the indicators into the indicator folder and loaded up a chart. Right clicked on the chart - went to template - add template - and selected "dtfd.tpl"

My chart was 100% the same as what I have. I can not be of more assistance. You must be applying the file incorrectly - somehow.

Yes, make sure you have the template in the correct folder. All you should have to do once everything is downloaded is change to the dtfd template.

My template is exact. Good luck.

AND restart your MT4 or it will not recognize the new templates or indicators...

Thank you for posting the new indis and template. I have loaded them and they display as yours. I have looked back but can not find any reference to the small red and blue dots....what do the tell us?

My apology for the late reply - was out all day yesterday. I do not trade full time and run my own business - so I can disappear at times..

The smaller dots can be used as a continuation type indicator. I did not want to reference these. But I will give you an example:

The first chart shows the 4hr with a small long ( blue) dot appearing whilst the larger blue dot is still in place. This was marked. One could then again go back to 30min and look for a new large blue ( long) to enter. BUT only if no counter signal has formed on 4hr (red) - whilst waiting.

These are more scalp-type trades.

Hope this assists.

Again, The KEY to this whole way of looking for possible direction, is waiting long enough to ensure the dots stay ( 3 to 4 bars) before considering entry.

Good time to close - should you have taken the above short. The Price action gradient suggests this is the bottom for now. ( 1.2220)

just saw this thread and directly joined it. looks great (nearly naked chart) but with my favourite (technicals)

congrats for this nice system.


my question is easy.
you said this indicator does not repaint (only recalculate, what is the same in my eyes) but when it does, just some bars. that is okay to me.
but looking back on the chart, the system would have nearly 100% hit rate.

can you tell me (as a person trying this system longer than me) when the dots are DEFINETLY at their place and do not move anymore?

"Reach for the stars" - like your signature.

There is no clear cut answer. The indicator attempts to get you the fastest possible indication. The angle at what price moves, plays a big role. What I have seen from experience, 3 to 4 bars.

Off course, this still gives you no guarantee that price will continue in the same direction. The 4hr / 30 min combination gives you a better probability. We also do not know how strong the move then will be - could be 5 pips, or 100.

See if you can add your own filter of how you would normally enter, but apply this after the 30 min dot has formed in the same direction as the 4hr. On the example, MACD. Play with this a little and see what you are comfortable with.
