My eurusd short at 1.24 hit today, I wonder if this will be another add on fest all the way to 1.00?

French got worked today.....by the second-best CONCACAF team. It's an embarrassment for all of Europe. I can only imagine what the US might have done to them.

It seems like a waste of time to cheat your way into a tournament just to play like they have.

After Zidane retired I don't really care for the French. I would say that they might as well have stayed at the hotel instead of going to the first game against Uruguay, but this game they played pretty ok (compared to what I expected), it's just that they played against a Mexican team which is sooo good. They may very well rock the giants in this tournament is my humble guess. They combine will, skill and incredible speed, a powerful mix.

Not to harp on a theme but any misfortune to the French is never an embarrassment for the whole of Europe. In fact it's the only thing that's bringing joy to this England fan after last week's display against the USA.

Stand together fall together has never been our motto in Europe. More like 'rip your neighbour apart with your teeth and smile when he falls in the mud.' It's a wonder the Euro has lasted as long as it has.

I would agree with this....except being an American, I see Mexico play a lot. And the US tends to beat them, a lot. And I am not expecting too much from the US.....although they should advance to the second round.

Well, for some of you that are new to trading.....summers can be very, very range-bound and slow. One has to wonder if that is where we are at this year? I am sure there are things that could move the markets rapidly.....but the last few days has me wondering.....

I guess it's a little early to declare a sideways summer - but damn, it's starting to look that way.

It has been quite a choppy pair lately, but if I get a nice PA signal I might short it.

Yes. I've got 1.26 and 1.24 as stronger levels but it's a zone I suppose. It's funny how different traders have different levels if they try to pinpoint exact round numbers to watch.

I agree, I am wondering if today will be worth bothering with? I wouldn't be looking for new trades today......

USA is on now, I will check thread in a few hours.

That ref in the Germany/Serbia game was dreadful. I would guess his WC is over.

It would makes sense if you believe that we are heading for a range as well......a drift down lower wouldn't be exactly shocking....
