Ok, don't take it personal, might be you are right.
But the common thing about fxopen is that once anything posted about them they find no arguments except "thousands of happy traders". Where are they anyway? Google fxopen, where are these happy traders' reports?

Nah... but then SUDDENLY new users appear all the way praising fxopen and it makes everyone think, they post themselves.

Check out basel financial, they are offering 0 spreads (yes 0), on their micro accounts. I mean come on, even the most naive person in the world will question that. Hope these guys, fxopen, will find some regulation though. They do have nice spreads, and offer every pair you'd want to trade. Just can't make it happen unless they improve their situation.

I'm very confident things will get sorted out soon. I mean, come on guys, it's not as if fxopen have stolen people's money!

Who's with fxopen right now. They have thousands of live traders, and I haven't heard a single complaint concerning their accounts ever since this latest news broke.

I'm trading with them, and will continue to do so.

"Hank: FXOpen is one of those brokers that erase profits of customers consistently.
I experienced this myself and found other people on the internet with a similar experience.
This dates from 2 months back and I have filed a complaint with the Mauritius FSC , guess I am not the only one."

Funny. All the companies that had the licence suspended haven't changed their websites and seem to be remaining under the delusion that they are still with the FSC.

Edit: Actually fxopen is the only one who has..

So, any news about FXOpen? I was just thinking about opening an account with them but, after reading this thread, I think I'll hold off. It's been about two months since anyone has posted in this thread though.

Well, I keep myself updated on this situation, but right now both sides keep silence. No updates from either the 6 banned bucketshops or the commission.

Seems like nothing is gonna change. No licenses will be returned, and since they know it - they remain silent.

But this is just my guess, I may (and will be happy to) be wrong of course.

You only need to look at the websites for an update...

AEcnFX still has Mauritius on their spartan (under construction) website. They had plans to have a proper site in May, but appear to have been scuppered.

FXCompany are still under the delusion that they are in Mauritius. You can try to call them if you like..... on a Cyprus Lawyer's number.

FxMarkets is still listing Mauritius as their address and are even proudly boasting of a Mauritius licence.

FXOpen is still operating but has removed references to Mauritius from their website and appears to be the only company to even talk about the situation. Are they the only company with a PR department or what?

World Derivatives Traders, another company with a spartan website still lists Mauritius as their address... and a Panama phone number in a virtual office. who knows where they really are?

Basel Financial are still around and still listing themselves in Mauritius.

Judging by the Alexa traffic on these sites, it appears FXOpen and FXCompany are the only ones with any traffic. Are the others dead?

Why is there only one company out of all of them that is even talking about the situation and has removed Mauritius from their website? Don't they have enough clients left to bother updating?
