Quick way to calculate PIP value in USD

Is there a quick way to calculate pip value in usd for all pairs? Is there an EA out there that does this?

Search for an indicator called Market Value. I dont have it anymore but it does just what you want. Or maybe someone else still has it and can attach it.

Where USD is the second currency in a pair, the value of 1 pip for one lot (100,000) is $10
For example 1 lot of GBPUSD, 1 pip = $10.00
minilot of GBPUSD, 1 pip = $1.00

Where USD is the primary currency in a pair, the value of 1 pip for one lot is $10 divided by the current pair rate.

Example 1 lot of USDCAD. 1 pip = $10.00/USDCAD rate = $10/1.0446 = $9.57
