If I had my money deposited with them, I'd also withdraw asap. Whether suspended or banned, it doesn't make any difference because for me both are same. They are suspended probably because there is a valid reason. Since they are not being regulated anymore, I feel like if they play unfair tricks with my money, there is nothing I can do about it. FXOpen was a good broker, but they couldn't remain being a good broker. I've heard a few stories about them before investing with them so I never did. There are plenty other good brokers, ask any experts here on this forum I'm sure they'll be able to recommend you some. But if you want to be on the safe side, withdraw your money.

Is it really an over-reaction? Do you know the different between keeping money with a bank and with a stranger? You tell me, why would you chose a bank over a stranger?

You also said "let us know," doesn't that make you a person who works for FXOpen? How could you have problems if you are an insider? It's us the ordinary people who have problems.

Just another observation to ponder:

If they had dodgy intentions, why would they "run" to a place like Australia to be "relatively" more regulated by ASIC?

I have no live accounts with them, after trading stocks for close to 10years I'm still getting my head around everything forex. I'm demoing FxOpen right now, so am following this thread with interest.

Can you tell me FXOpen's office address in Australia? They don't have one.

If you can, tell them to get a license in the United States... they'll know what regulation is. I'll give you $1000 cash via PayPal if they can get registered with CFTC and NFA. Whenever that happens, let me know... I'll be around here.

First let me tell you a few things. I'm not trading forex for years. It's been only 4 months, 2 month since I went live. In february or march, I didn't even know what a candlestick chart is but now... now I know how to make profit. But I'm not here to talk about me, let's talk about those scam brokers.

You obviously trade with FXOpen and you sound like one of the people who believes "my broker is the best."

This is how it's gonna go. You are going to say you don't trade with FXOpen, only demo maybe? But it really doesn't make any difference, I got my answers and I shared what I wanted to.

Waste of space? Lol, you don't know much about computers, do you?

Anyway, here is the bottom line: FXOpen is a scam broker. Their license got suspended in Mauritius, when regulation is least strict. I find it funny how you guys still trust this broker.

If somebody asked me about FXOpen, I would tell him I got no problem, even when I withdraw all my money because they got suspenped by mauritius, the customer service still give me their best service, and my money was transferred in 1 day.

Wow, you did a good research on me. Nice. I shared my opinion all based on my real experience. That's the reason why I do not post anything in other thread. (I'm a newbie in forex, and I don't have a single thing to teach other people). Why I praise FXOpen? Because I traded my real account with FX Open for few months, and I have a good trading experienced with FX Open.

Now? I moved to another broker after this mauritius thing. I'm not a fanatic with 1 broker. Just try to give all of you real information that I got. So sorry somebody with narrow minded brain like you only can see it from negative point of view.
