Here is my new graph of "success." Or, the path to the success.... Something like "reversed pyramid"... But it is not "building.." It is choosing... And this drawing can be more complex with more things included... But i hope that time and effort is crucial...

I am looking for a thread where reasonable people used to discuss a trading method of a man from Singapore, FTI is his name.

Anyone know where it is?

Hi Textor.
There is discussed, what havent been solved yet.
To discuss what have been solved is good, but it is "repeating". We can repeat it by re-reading the thread. Thanks to this later discussion, we can see all this from another angle. It doesnt mean for me, that K.I.S.S. is not... you know...

I can not see the connection between your "tree", the "mystical" posts from above (and other similar posts) with fx trading.
The FTI method is simple, not easy, but simple. No need to complicate it.

And Fana, with respect, YOU should repeat and repeat the basic, that you don't master.
Daydreaming is not living, is daydreaming. Nothing more.

I think that for small talk we should go to other thread.

At first, i am one year in forex, so you are much skilled here... but...
Daydreamer? I dont understand...
That tree is meant to have connection with Ganns teaching. Example. You finished school and decide... 1.continue studies(what studies...you choose)... Or, you want to have some money now(no school, but work). But which work? (driver, bricklayer,mason...?)... Or, you just want to stay home and sleep... Or make inventions.... These are many ways we can choose. Into which bus we get in. And these buses bring us somewhere... There is the next level... next spiral... next couple of choosing. So imho, it is more than close to spiraling, managing snowballs_even in our life! That is fantastic, me things, we can choos our destiny... aha...i am daydreamer ehmc... oh yes...

So forgive me, i was for 6years in laboratory with test tubes. It takes me some time to get this...
And i am working on it... mean study the thread.

Although I havnt had a chance to read anything more than whats been posted here about gann.

Why cant it be being familier with its mannerism, aware of its tendency, or knowing the terrain ?
Isnt it flexibility coming into play by watching your candle formations develop once in those areas, watching other markets and what there doing whatever time frame he was looking at and then after picking a direction implementing his calculations to Identify how long the trend might last ?

you guys really need to stop trying to make this so hard and mystical. i'm just WAITING for someone to start saying whacked-out things like "god is in my charts". i feel it coming soon the way things are going.

I agree, this thread should get back to the business of trading. i think people are trying to read into more than what is presented.

Spiral within spiral is nothing more than scale in and scale out. Just a description. Things should be taken at face value, or a least...looked at that way first.

a long time ago fti has posted something similiar. It was a scanned original diagrammm out of his education notes. Can't find that posting. May be it was in TAF Lounge ....

Anyone any ideas about this picture?

i'll put it this way... i now have to go back and read-through what has been said to see what you think i might have been upset about.

also, caught that spiral in spiral explanation from someone. might have been you even. i don't get why some people know the answers to these questions while others don't. maybe someone should create an 'fti translated' thread.

edit : oh, i see it now. pft that's fine tubguy. not everyone can understand my perspective and you simply didn't when reading a previous post. i expect this to happen as i can be fairly direct which can be off-putting.

that link had an annoying overlay so left it. wikipedia on marc faber also didn't reveal the relationship between my quote and him to me, so, i'm still scratching my head. maybe i need more sleep.

theres no relationship to the quote, its something to sit back relax and watch.
