eur/aud..its close to the lowest in over 20 years..i can only see to 1991 ..why 1.39 ? can you see further down 1991 year ??

It is my Wave count and also 361.8 FIB from TOP weekly Chart..

Check EURUSD - major tankage underway, almost in sync with the release of the bad UK #'s - 100 pips straight down, and all of 60 pips from last Thursday's carnage low.
EDIT: Apparently, a German bank triggered it. You know it wasn't a state bank, because they're the only buyers of this dud.

its the indicaotrs on MT4 platform ,THE FIB RETRAACEMENT AND THE FIB EXPANSION ..

I WILL POST A CHART TO EXPLAIN WHY ??

IF YOU DRAW UP THE FIB RETR, AND THE FIB EXP TO GET THE 1.618 .. you will get 2 diff 1.618 levels ...scrat use one and Quecee use the other one ,and they must get 2 diff 1.618 ... scrat use the fib retrac. to get his 1.618 and Q use the fib exp to get his 1.618 ,and both gave me diff levels..

here is the chart to explain... wich one is the right one ??

the fib retracement you draw from low to high to get the 1.618
and the fib exp. draw from high to low to get the 1.618

Be careful Shorting EUR/ USD ..it is about to get Bullish AS Well...

Except when E/U dropped from 1.60 to 1.25 in 2008, EUR/AUD went up from 1.60 to 2.08. What we're seeing now, IMO, is not so much to do with the dollar, and more to do with Euro countries. They are having their inflationary fun. That said. 1.25 is a level to watch, or the previous low.

I'm not shorting it - it's not been kind to me - I find GY far easier to trade. That aside, it'd be due for a bounce, of the dead cat type, before continuing down past 1.25177 IMHO. Although short contracts are huge, at some point state banks are likely to ratchet up purchases, based on mothership orders. And that's not because they want it to go up, but rather because they're worried about the political fallout from a bum currency, ironically, run by a bum federation.

What about banks going broke if they keep euros? That has to be a factor as well. Banks are chasing their tails trying to get rid of euros.

edit; The euro is well off it's lows of 2000, I doubt in reality they are that worried.

I completely agree, it's suspected the gov't run banks have been some of the sole buyers of the dud. Someone has to do it. Either through the back door, via printing presses, QE, or whatever. The consequences for Brussels & Frankfurt would be dire and threatening on many levels. As much as we all want to make money, getting to the ultimate short point really isn't good for any of us, if it ends up being that a currency gets wiped out along with the people behind it. But perhaps I'm getting ahead of myself ... once 1.18 - the launching point of the EU is taken, then the direness notch will be further increased. Just read an interesting article on gold getting us there, at the expense of the US$.
EDIT: Just read a US bank had joined the selloff party. Also, Dubai is due a $980M payment today - no one knows if they're going to make it. And, it's Thursday to boot, and the week's gone unconvincingly well IMHO - suspect it will get dicey when NY steps in.

It's all relative though. Who is to say the Euro is better than USD anyway. It increased about 50% to 1.60, could it decrease -50% from launch point, and still be ok? Sure. At some point, there might be intervention, maybe there 'was' intervention in 2008? Who knows. Countries talk.

this dip was nice and took several profits but i think will have a small correction to 138.40 and posible to 138.80 and then will tank...

my MA on each chart from 5 m to 15, 30 1h 2,4, are consolidated and about to break on downtrend Daily already crossed for a test thast why i think we will see a small correction around 160 pips up and then will be the smartest thing to short for the next week an a half... again once reached 138.40 and 138.80 I will short like there is no tomorrow to 128.00
