The week ended pretty decent. The account added 1.35% while ending the week with only 3.79% floating drawdown. This week I also made a minor speed optimization in a calculation routine that should add 0.5% to 1+% to the monthly results. I'm currently testing currency pairs for addition as well as timeframes. This cake is baked but its fun looking for ways to tweak that last drop of profit. After watching demo's run profitably for the last 6 months I can conclude that the EA's core strategy is profitable in a variety of varying market condtions. Additionally since it reacts to price-action instead of indicators HEDGEPro will never need tuning or ill-timed awkward settings adjustment to stay on top of the market.

Not yet but I will be making HEDGEPro available on FXOpen in the future. I've been demo testing their ECN platform. Its OK but at the moment I prefer to use my selected ECN/STP Brokers because I'm assured of the performance they'll provide. I've been getting some weird fills on both the Dukascopy (aka FXOpen) feed. Also I dont like that they dont provide microlots so I'll have to cut the number of currencies in half but I've been tracking the accounts and HEDGEPro would be a standout on their system. After I'm assured that I'll have the PAMM client control I need I'll give em a shot.

It was a slow week but HEDGEPro still squeezed 1% out of the market. This week turned out to be more about loss prevention than profit gain. The current week has quite a few hi-impact news items so performance should bump up a bit.

Why do you keep making new myfxbook accounts?
The greatest force on earth is compound interest.

I've only made 1 change. Couple Months back FXCM has a spike on AUD pairs and it trashed the 2nd link demo account (they fixed the Live accounts instantly but my demo with trashed). I replaced that account in Jan 2010 with a ATC Brokers account after AlpariUK erased all demo history on Jan 1, 2010.

The 1st link in the first post has always been the same. That demo with Collective FX expired with 77.8% gain after 5 months.
(In fact most posts refer to the 77.88% CFX account and the screenshots match that still viewable account.)

The 2nd link is a replacement. Its the 2010 continuation of a single account. The first 2 months (Nov 2009) with AlpariUK are on my website. I took the AlpariUK profit of $1820.41 and started a ATC account with $10,000 + $1820.41. This link has traded unchanged since January.

There have been no other changes. The HEDGEPro Accounts and Trades are verified on Myfxbook which means the statements match an Investor Password trade comparison.

Up 2.20% for the week - Sundays nice market opening gaps paid off nicely. April is starting off at a nice pace. This could be one of the better performing months if it remains as volatile.

Fulltime247,

Is your account with ATC a live or demo ?

Your performance at myfxbook is live ?

It's confusing since you talk a lot about demo accounts, in the end we don't know which accounts are live ..

Nice start but a Slow Week. Up 0.84% for the week but up 40.47% Since November 16th, 2009 so the EA is averaging about 8% gain per month.

Coco the ATC account is a demo but I also have a LIVE clients account displayed on my website. LIVE clients are suggested to keep funds in the program for 6 months so I have account groups being started and ending all the time. The ATC account is a continuous demo I keep running so everyone can see uninterrupted performance. Full details are on this page.

This week had some nice movement and gained 2.44% for the week. Current drawdown is about 3% and has been averaging 9% or less. The strategy is proving to be profitable, safe and a reliable earner without using risky trading methods. Another 6 month group will be launching on May 3rd - PM me for details if you would like to join - Program Details: http://fulltime247.com/index.php?opt...d=56&Itemid=75

If you scroll to the bottom of the live demo you can see the 'Margin' at 100:1 - Typical margin usage is about 3% to 8%. I leave plenty of room to be available in the rare instances that more margin is needed.

The Greece crisis added a healthy +12.8% to our ATC Demo account in one week. LIVE clients nearly doubled their current account balance. The crisis sent many currencies into wild gyrations but HEDGEPro simply profited from the volatility.

HEDGEPro ATC Demo gained +5.83% this week. LIVE clients are up over 7% so far this month.

I opened a live managed account with Hedgepro nearly a year ago. In that time, Hedgepro managed to loose over 75% of my account.

Numerous excuses were given to account for the unbelievably bad performance....broker problems....coding in the EA that needed to be imrpoved. You name it, he blames it.

The one thing Hedgepro does not blame is himself for a system that obviously is flawed. The account treads water most of the time...and then watch out....it takes deep equity hits. In that near year, the account spent less than a week in positive territory.

And customer service...abysmal! It took days to get a response....and I had a fair amount of funds with this gentleman.

Do not trust his website. I can't tell you how many "member only" demo account links I was sent to monitor. All of those ended up loosing money and he would just start a new one.

This managed account is a complete disaster.

The only positive thing that came out of this is that I can write off the loss on my taxes.
