if the aud can start to consolidate below 9247 then this looks like its preparing for some bearish news come rate announcement time. still holding shorts and will look to add after the news.

aud has had a 4hr close below 9247 which gives the downside a lot of weight but it is still above the 4hr midpoint at 9242, i was hoping for it to close below both these before adding to my shorts. will wait and see where London takes it.

part profit taken on aud at 9190, still targeting 9140, stops set to be.
I also have short orders at 9222 and 9234 if it comes back to those levels.

still holding eu shorts, stops set to 1.3220. tp 1.3079

Amy, the S&P. Remember what I said about the Red line crossing the Green line and the Black line crossing the Green on the indicator sub-graph. Once this happens it will be very bearish.

Part profit taken on aud shorts at 9140, still holding the rest with tp open. The charts indicate this should continue lower, once 9033 is cleared (quarterley midpoint) i will be looking for 87 by the end of this quarter and then probably lower in July, hopefully something around 82.

Still holding all eu shorts, i was going to tp at may lows at 1.3079 but price just didn't look like it was going to stop there. EU should continue lower this week, 1.2876 is the next target then 1.2630.

There is a possibility that 9120 on the aud was as much retrace as we are going to get today, i have added more short but if it trades above there i will dump it and wait till 9150.

EU, looking to add to my shorts for a move to 1.2880. I have taken 1 at 1.2980, if price moves up into 1.3017 I will take that as well.

1.3017 is an 80 pip swing top which should push it down for 2 80 more pip bars.

Price has done 6 80 pip bars down without a retrace, normally the most it does is 5, if it can't make it up into 1.3017 then i suspect we may get a 140 pip reversal off the 1.2880 area.

Euro does another 80 pip low at 1.2917. part profit taken +300 pips.
Holding the rest as it should still do 1.2880 but if it bounces from there then i will close everything and wait till after nfp to trade again.

I also decided to take partial profit on aud at 0.9070, mainly bc it is being too slow. Still holding the rest targeting 9034 today and then 8980 over the next few days. +170 pips

EU finally provided the chart pattern that i was looking for yesterday, 80 pip reversal and pink top at 1.2883, but i was not around to take the trade. This should continue down, eu has broken all support levels on my charts, there is not much in the way before 1.2630 so I will continue to hold the shorts i have.

The chart below is aud monthly. I have a view that price is going to complete another 2 quarters down, the first target is 8726 which is Q2 lows, then it should move down into Q3 lows which are unknown as yet. 8208 is the yearly pp, I think that Q3 lows should align somewhere around 82 to form a solid support.
First thing i want to see to know this is on track is a weekly close on Friday below 9023 which is the Q2 pp.
I am still holding shorts from 9120 yesterday and will continue to hold with open tp to see where the week closes out. sl=be.

Hey Saxon

Trading is going well thanks. I am mostly just shorting au, eu and es lately. I don't have any new setups for those at the moment my charts are a bit mixed today so just holding the shorts I have.

I am also dabbling in gold at the moment, I took a short off 1193 on Tuesday which is May highs, I think that if this can move down Thursday and Friday and open under the weekly pp next week it will continue down for the next 6-8 weeks.

resistance at 1.2847 in eu, i have taken 1 with a 5 point stop, target 1.2775

closed that eu short for +10 pips, 4hr close above the midpoint which should bring it up further. I don't think i will short this market again this week.

I have closed all au shorts at 9080 for +40 pips, it looks like it is going to swing back into 9143 today, also news for it in 30 mins.

How annoying, short au again at 9060, it seems to have 8980 in its sights again, should have just stayed with my position and let the market stop me out.

I too had to remove myself from a short at 9085. Back in at 9055.
Are you using a 25pip S/L? TP=8980?

I have my stops at 9076 at the moment, i have daily pp based on gmt at 9073, it maybe too tight, not sure but what worries me about au shorts today is the bounce off yesterdays daily lows then the 4hr close above the midpoint, thats bullish. Some of my charts are targeting 8980 today but others say 9140 first, over all though 8980 will be done its just a matter of when.
what do yours say?

I have Daily PP at 9066 and a close above that I'm out. H1 looks crazy! and H4 has some contradicting signals. Specifically Stochs compared to Bollinger Band. Since my all favorite 35sma on M15 is below the Daily PP I am fairly confident with this trade but with the way A/U has been throughout NY session on H1 I am a little concerned.
