Running Two EA's Simultaneously

I have an EA that I like but want an additional feature. I want to cancel or not allow any pending orders that are generated by the EA if X condition exists. Is it possible to create another EA to do this and run two EA's simultaneously? I ask because the EA I like is protected and I respect the developers wishes.

Possible but maybe tricky. The master EA might just recreate the Pending Order. You should also have the code check the TradeContextBusy() flag to avoid order collisions.

Yes you could have a separate EA that would have the same magic number as the first EA and would therefore be able to access the orders it placed.

The problem I could see though is if you are deleting pending orders that the first EA has placed then on the next tick the first EA will think it doesn't have a pending order and, depending on how it was coded, most likely place another pending order. And then you have an endless loop which would not be a fun thing for you.

Thanks for the responses. If I am able to get the code here is what I am looking to do. If price is below parabolic SAR I don't want it to be able to open Long trades. Also vice versa, if price is above parabolic SAR I don't want it to be able to take short trades. Do you know what the code would be for this and where I would insert it? I am a newbie to programing but if I had the code I could probably figure it out.

Easiest solution is to have the second EA modify the first EA's pending order so the entry price is really far. Then, once X condition passes, delete the pending order.

I haven't tried this myself, but I think it's supposed to allow you to manage trades on separate EA's. If you do a search, you should be able to find at least one or two threads telling you how to use it.

In fact, here is the link that I found it on, although it doesn't give specific details on how to use it ... it furnishes an external link that does though.
