DislikedNice charts aswell dave
The trades I find a problem sometimes are the ones that go in the right directioin soon after the start of the candle but then they retrace past the stop only to go your way again on the same candle
Dave do you enter at the closing price of the trigger candle or do you let it go a pip or two the right way first
You do well to get out _1 I havent managed that yet I tend to let them go too far just in case so to speakIgnored
The great thing about Sho's method is the number of potential entry points. I find this takes the pressure off each individual trade - if price comes back on me then I'm quite happy to get out b/e or for a small loss. There's always another trade around the corner. If the setup looks strong then I might choose to just tighten the stop instead of moving to b/e. I find price often takes out obvious entry points to the pip before moving off again.
Anyhow, I don't think you can learn much from little old me. It seems the pips are rolling in nicely using your current techniques. You catch some lovely long runs on EJ which I never seem to be able to hang on for.
Cheers,
Dave
