I put this indicator on my chart recently.http://cdn.forexfactory.com/images/attach/ex4.gif CCFp.ex4 (18.9 KB, 3624 views) It shows when a currency is week or strong. Above 0 is strong, below 0 is week. Really seems to fit with the 6th EA. Notice when EUR and USD lines were farthest apart, price is hovering around the trade line. Some people use it to trade on the cross of two currencies also. Seems to work nicely on a 1H chart.

Hey guys so have been working with the 60x90 EA and I was testing it out on a small penny to dime account and went from 20 bucks to over 50 bucks now in just a little over a month, quite surprised with the results and very pleased, will start using this new EA this starting week, keep up the good work yall.

I have been looking at that one also but have not made a decision on its full use with this system. I am trying to see if it gives any warning to a possible runner which is the bugaboo of all my systems. If you spot something let me know. How do you think it looked with all the runners we had in Dec. and Jan.

I was sitting on a nice profit so I closed all my trades for the week. I had 53 winning trades and 11 for small losses. Nice nice week. I think I am gonna love this system.

Just eyeballing, it looks to me that if the two currencies are still diverging when the price hits the trade line, you might have a ways to go before the turn around. I'll have to look at this closer.

I am going to add 6 pairs this week but I am only doing them at the A lines not the B lines. I will only trade these pairs when price gets to an extreme because they are very volatile. I dont have CAD/JPY or GBP/AUD but they also would fit in this category. Basically any currency that goes above 800 screen top to bottom fits this category. For a 2nd level, price would have to go higher than the existing chart. Now price can do that in very extreme cases but it is extremely rare for it to happen. OCT. 2008 was such a time. The next time I expect price to do this is when the USA raises interest rates. I do not want to be in the market at that time.

I just wanted you to know that I went out and bought a k/g of salami today. The first time in 8 years I have been able to buy it in China. So I had 2 salami and mozzarella sandwhiches with mayo, mustard, cracked wheat bread, toasted with a fresh basil, cilantro, and spring onion crushed in olive oil and apple vinegar. That was your fault.

Hey Bob

I loaded the sixths EA etc. over last weekend and only managed to turn a few of the recommended pairs on. I have to say I was kind of sceptical, it just seemed too basic to actually work. I gradually turned more on during the week as I had time and as I was encouraged by the results. I now have 19 pairs full loaded.

So was last week the perfect week for this system and now it's down hill from here?

Demo Results

25 trades using dimes, 3 went to the second level, None hit a stop loss, I closed 11 manually, many just locking in good profit before the weekend , Largest observed DD $85.00, Profit $299.00. Currently six trade open and $3.80 to the good

So yes I think I'm gonna like this one too

Hey Bob, sounds damnī tasty! Perfect with a a good cold beer like "Fucking Hell" (Fucking is a little Village in Austria and "Hell" means bright in German)...

Oh, and if itīs my fault that youīre feeling pretty good now, please prepare for the fried blue whale next week

Just to let you guys know that I will pull all my EAs and systems off of page 1 this week. I will only put the most recent version there. Too many people are confused and are using systems I no longer use. The purpose of this thread was to come up with a range trading system that fit every currency pair and I am now convinced that I have achieved that. I will post that one system. I will post the other system that uses pending orders if I ever get a final version of that system. So if you wish to have any of the older systems download them this week because I am going to delete them. I no longer wish to answer questions about them.

Hmm and why is that? I would think the optimum time to init the ea would be when price is in the center, so it can go either way. Am I missing something?

If you have read my comments I dont believe in trading in the middle. That is where traders get killed all day long. It is a mine field. Tell me, is price going up?? or down?? Go read the news stories, no one knows for sure. They are guessing? some are saying go long, some say go short, some say stay out for now. Me I wait for extremes and trade. That is what my system is all about, staying out of the middle. I want the market to commit, unless I know the market is going to stay flat but I dont think that is going to happen now. I will wait until I see prices approach the A lines before I turn on my EA again. Germany is thinking of leaving the EURO, (see Greece) China is posting major new changes for banking again, (4th time this year), plane flights are grounded all over Europe, Goldman-Sachs is under an investigation, etc. The market goes to the middle for 2 reasons. Nothing there to move it or lots of things are going to move it but doesnt know which way. I believe the second is at play here. I maybe wrong but I think should at least warn people here.

If I dont see a lot of action by USA open I will start my EA. If during the euro session prices go well past the B line I will turn on the EA. As long as I see the 2nd entrance would be near the top of the screen (1st entrance closer to the B line than the A line) I will fell good about starting trades. If the market is mixed with prices all over the place on different currencies I will turn on the EA but when every single currency is in the center of the screen something is up. I am suspicious.

I just thought of another way to go with the market when it doesnt seem right. that is to go with smaller lot sizes until the market sets some direction. I decided to go with 2/3 of my normal lots because of the strange phenomenon of every currency being dead center on the screen. So that is what I did and turned my EA on at the beginning of the USA session.

Dear Bob and all guys,

I'm but a newbie,trading live for a few months with a little loss still..

I feel very very lucky having found Bob's strategy in FF with admiration. Hat off to you,Bob!

I've downloaded 6th Screen.zip.But failed to load it into chart.

I dragged"4H 6th EA ver 3" into the chart,ticked all boxes in "common" section.
Input values for variables,saved,clicked "OK" and "load".The problem is: No SMILEY but an "x" sign appeared...

Could someone help me,explain the right steps to load the EA?
