Hope you enjoy, first time i post in this thread.

Fti i owe you my trading career, after 1 year and a half losing i finally found the little pieces missing, it's about 8 monthes i constantly earn money day by day. Hope i'll be able to give something in exchange one day!

Hi Beman,
thank you for your kind words.
I am glad that you had found your niche.
So, now do not overlearn, be focus and productive.
You owe nobody nothing, you put the mind to work and your diligence is paying. 8 months consistency means that you got the mindset, mo, and mm quiet correct.
However be watchful, changes in market place , also important is that your mindset stay on the basics and not deviate into fallacy. And watch that over-confidence
not overcome you.

If you like, now you find financial stability. You now can afford to be generous. Use that to make all around you happy. esp family. Give help to the destitute and love and warmth to those who have little.

Thanks Fti for the great wisdom (as usual), i had a lot of pain learning how to trade, so i know that a false step could be ruin, always having a low profile with the market it can kill you! always eager to learn (i'm reading for the third time the thread!) :-)

And yes i know money is nothing without a family, or if you use it just to show people that you made it! I still need to grow my account, when i'll be ready i'll devote a lot of time and money helping people, most of all teaching them that they can do what they want if they really want it! i'll try to teach them to stop wasting theyr life and start leaving, just like Maheswara says in his signature

Believing or not it's something i'm already working on.

Again: money is just a tool to leave better, no more than that.

I don't know if there is a God that will give us a second chanche or a reward at the end of the street, what i know is we had a gift, a possibility to live, it's up to us to live our life at the fullest. This means also to help the needed...

I see too many people wasting their life, just because they are too scared to try and fail. Right now for me those are the one that needs most help.
I have many friends (someone is rich someone is poor) a lot of them live their life in a cage (even if golden is still a cage). Many rich don't like what they do (i was one of them) but they earn good money so they're too afraid to follow their dreams it isn't easy to leave the certain for the uncertain
At the same time many poor don't wanna change their situation because they are too afraid to fail, it takes a lot of courage to admit our mistakes.

Funny how the two underlined sentences can be applied to trading!

Hi all, a good week of trading and now some time to reflect, work on improving, and chat a bit. fti and Beman, good discussion for a Saturday, especially given the conditions around the world. It is important to reflect on how we can help others each day of our lives, and to do something positive each day. This is the only way to make the world better -- get off your seat and do something, rather than wait for someone else to act for you. Too many people complain about the world, how there can't be a God who allows all the suffering etc, when He has put each of us here to do that work for Him. Seems like such an easy and simple concept that is far removed from everyday life for most.

About TA fallacy i'll give you 2 examples...

In the first picture you can see a beautiful uptrend followed by a little congestion period


In the second picture you see (on a weekly chart) a strong support, when broken a downtrend started...

Just to clarify those are my 2 bathroom's tiles that i noticed while on WC (i'm not gonna say what i was doing!)
