broker offers 200:1,
real leverage i use is about 6:1 per trade, never more than 10:1 per trade

As i said in the begining the first option is 100:1 or more , u can choose this one , i made a request from mods to edit the poll and make the first option 100:1 or more instead of 100:1 only ...

I always use 1:100 leverage. It's сonveniently and there is no such preassure on your account as if 1:200 and more.

Why would I want to trade anything less? I can trade a full lot with just $250, if I blow $250 I get a margin call and can only ever lose $250. Trading a higher leverage doesn't make it any riskier, it doesn't change your trade.

To me it makes perfect sense to use as much as you can.

I actually operate with around $2,500 in my account and take all profits out.

I current trade 15 mini and soon moving to 2 full size lots, again with 400:1 I actually only need $500 in my account to operate.

Risk isn't leverage, leverage has nothing to do with risk.

Is there any difference between using 1% per trade of your account,if your leverage is 100:1 vs. 10% if you use 10:1 leverage?

I try and have no more than 2-3 trades open at a time,but my stop loss is sometimes 2-3 times my position size.

I was just wondering if this affected roll-over in a longer time frame(positive or negatve)?

It should be for all open trades. If I used 1:1 but had 100 positions open, that's far more aggressive than if I just had one open at 10:1.

You're operating at 400:1 on the account balance, but not on your overall capital. It's leverage on total capital that matters, as leverage on account is only useful for determining how much of our capital is needed to fund the account.

Trading forex without leverage is about as profitable as mowing lawns for a living, and about as risky as a sexually liberal Miss Universe dying a virgin. For a little more risk, such as the risk of being hit (hard) by a car over the next year, we can increase our profits substancially. Trading isn't an activity suitable for those that fear risk.
