these magic lines are pretty similar to the big dog break out strategy

most days the candles will run 100 plus pips either up or down but in order to do so it has to break a major resistance point

once its past that there a good chance bulls turn to bears or visa versa and move the trade in the prevaling direction until it runs out of steam

the big dog breakout uses the high /low of the asian session `. once that resistance point is cracked away she goes save a big ticket news item that might turn it in its track
so its not so much cracking the code its more about picking the resistance point

they are alike pivot lines. perhaps murray math line indicator
also very useful for entry point thank you for sharing

EU coming to the party again .i think it is better for a person to concentrate on one or 2 pairs than to try and trade all.

I have found that several times Prices touched the Buy/Sell line and never coming back up/down therefore creating a "false break"

By applying the 123 Pattern, we can actually filter false breaks.

Well, GU buy would have taken its profit this morning , but you had to enter around 1:00 AM London local time if my calculations were right.

It pays to have a good range of trades as the market changes constantly and your own situation changes a lot

any one who is interested

an easy way to find some strong support resistance points is to open 3/4hour chart and to put a horizontal line where there are a minimum of
six hits

you want some that are coming down to it and some that are coming up to it
you might have to look back quite a way maybe over 3 weeks or plus and dont necessarialy take the spikes but look hard in the chop or noise . These points remain valid for quite a while if its bounced off them 6 time before theres a good chance that they will in the future

There is a pretty good chance that there will be a reaction at those levels
