Just keep an eye on the daily close and the histogram on my lower chart. . . It is an early sign that we may have put in a temp. top and should test lower support which I'm thinking weekly gann. . . I know it has flipped but we can still sip below weekly 5 sma down to the weekly gann and still be in a bullish uptrend (spike) as long as we close the week above it. . .

Also, put a monthly 5 sma on your chart and take a look. . . With the up move last week we tested that resistance for now and look to be headed lower to test lower support before we make our move up as indicated on the weekly chart. . .

I don't trade ES, so this is for info purposes only, but have a look at the massive bearish divergence currently in play on the Daily chart.

If/when ES decides to take a much needed pullback, the Yen pairs should tumble much more.

yup yup..i notice that yesterday when saw ur chart...but am just curious on below 136/135 area atm vs weekly&monthly....mmm...let me take a look how NY-asia bring us as u mentoned...

so far i align with u... just that support only make me think twice...mm.. ...but as i say i will stop bear at 141.50 n SL@BE for 139.30 for this bear....let c what happen...

i am taking this as sell.

imho, daily fibo retracement in play, target retracement 50 or 61.8 from top (144.80).

so i will exit at 140 or 138.7

waiting to sell again at sma5 h4

it possible if PA open below the fibo61.8 at tf 1h.but we need conformation candle first.

In terms of a bounce area within the price zone of wide body candle on the weekly chart, 139.3 still seems like a decent target. (I'm a day trader so we may be looking at the charts a bit differently at interim TP targets)


If we do drop lower, I see what you're saying about 136.45 as a key SR level.

But looking at this chart, 138 was the last significant resistance we broke and 135.8 was an important breakout point for the up move.

Why does 136.45 stand out in particular for you over these other areas?

It really doesn't. . . it's more psychological for some traders as they trade in terms of TL's etc so wanted to ensure I was given them at least a target they can relate to - the LTL off the low 132 and the UTL off the 150.80 high. . .

I still contend that 135.50/25 is the target if we dip below 139 as it is also the monthly swing low. . . Many here don't see that as a real target but all I can say is try not to marry a position at 139. . .and stay flexible. . .

A break of that LTL persae would set the stage for a test of lower price but I won't speak on that until we break the wave structure down a bit more. . .

Right now we are in a pivotal moment "meaning" we can count 3 clear waves up which look very correctional to me "but that's just me!" Some would aurgue that this is an IM wave up to the start of a new wave to the moon 176/200. . .

But if we see a 5 wave structure in the making lower it would signify a continuation of the overall trend lower and the 129.50/126 target could become a reality. . . that's why 135.50/25 is significant to me not so much 136.45 just a TL target that's all. . .
