I would go for this short entry too, I interpret this as 1-2-3 theory and this kind of entry is my favorite.

with thé rules, Sho gave to us, no need for a big run, a small win is OK like this trade SL=4 TP=8
if i had loaded the position up to 1% risk from my account, the profit of this trade would have been 2% of my account

Edit:
add the MT4 Chart, i use the MT4 chart for analyses and oanda trading
The MT4 Chart shows the Trade better than the oanda Chart

e/j had had a big run up, bounce off round number then I actually flick to M1 to monitor price on close of M15 candle
eu/us was run up to 50% retrace of bigger move down then same theory as e/j

i see a bearih divergence, the H1 Fib retrace 38% , Inswide Bar
Waiting if eurusd turns to short

Edit: News are god for eurusd so the maybe new impuls for the longside
