Thanks GEfx. I am ususally a lurker but felt compelled to write in to fti and this thread.

I am very motivated once again. Having no indicators or a system to follow and no set of rigid rules is liberating.

For sure Fti is not 100% professional but 1000 of 1000% professional.
My high rate of winning is bcos GEfx post 45 days ago. after I read his post then I began to do research & work very hard until the result have reached my goal.
Mytho, you come to the right place instead of searching for the system that suitable for you( I wasted my time for 3-4 yrs). Until I found this thread. Well every body in here guide you to have your own way of trading style cos everyone is unique(as many ppls said in this thread). So if you work hard you will find your own unique system that works for you - remmeber MyTbo you can make it(said to yourself put a note on a board and read it every day ).
Most of the systems in ff talk about indicators,fibo, eillot wave S/R & .....but not many mention about dancing learn how to dance, read the flow - follow the flow. Now I can feel the flow of the market it can be wrong sometime as time goes by you can feel it as Maheswara said 'screen time'. Without Fti & this thread and helping from many seniors I don't know how many yrs more I'm going looking for the system that is suitable for me.

Please don't misunderstand me I'm no smart, intelligent, big head or what ever you want to call, I just hand up for a question with might offend many guys in here including my master Fti.
Just a question that before I really go on full time trading - do I have to spend 12-15 hrs a day on the screen? Do I have any alternative?
And I'm thinking (may be I'm wrong) for the experience guys(seniors) in here they know how to follow the flow, thier chances to enter the right direction are much more accurate than me. Let say if they put their scout more$$$ per lot imagine on attacking!!!! rewarding would be glory fantastic$$$$$$ with lesser time but if lose only allow 2 scouts lose per day 'that's it bad day' go to beach enjoy life - there will be tomorrow.

One more thing I forget to tell - may be I'm a failed student. I did mention many times(6months back) I always picked wrong direction(20% correct). So I was good at rescue operation with no another choices only rescue & rescue(which I mentioned to share with you guys the method but I was busy with my work to win the battle and also no time to rewrite my journal it's total 180 degrees change, I could manage only put notes on paper, and another thing many ppls might say I'm showing off so I didn't do it).
To tell the truth that I didn't like the feeling of rescue 'stressful to me' a lot of pressure even though I made it but I didn't like that feeling(sometime my hands were sweating) I could hear my heart beating(just kidding). That's why I'm a failed student.

after a little research about color and eye , it seems green is the best color for your eye , something to do with it being in the middle of the spectrum

So I changed my white chart background to a more greenish tint , and it actually worked wonder ... when i shift back to white , i cld feel the slight strain ...

anyway this is the color (rgb) : 227,253,232
u can insert it in background color box in properties (F8 in MT4)
try it for urself if ur screen is straining ur eyes ...

edit: u also need to adjust monitor contrast n brightness for it to actually look greenish ...

I read somewhere that the color of the eyes also has a lot to do with their color tolerance and resistance. For example my eyes (green) get easily tired from gray (which is the case in the office I work at - all the software has gray interface). On the other hand the guy I work with (dark brown eyes) has no problem whatsoever. In terms of trading I found dark blue background with lime and crimson candles to be the best for me. Also, have a look at the refresh rate of your monitor from the OS settings - it's quite often when it's set to its lowest by default.

Thanks you did really help me a lot. Yes I read 200 pages 2 times and some parts 3-4 times. but It's hard to follow his execution so soon but I guess I'll learn his trading style along the way of my long long journey.

if you choose to do mechanical way , at least do it in the best way , that is to ride the trend infinitely and cut ur losses short (add to winners and reduce losers)

Furthermore I read it somewhere:- never read book & newspaper or look at monitor screen after you wake up from sleep about 30 mins bcos your eyes need to adjust the light - It might help.

I'm new here and i already have read more or less upto 350 threads (since last week till now) and still trying to absorb as much. 'bout me, i have been trading forex since 2008 where i burnt all my lifetime savings but since i am no quitter i had been refinancing my equity several times and have been jumping from 1 system to another (even purchased several useless softwares).

Last year i tried making my trading plan very simple i.e. to make a deep research of market behavior, trade 1 pair until i will be familiar of it, use pivot point and always respect any pattern formations and any valid support and resistance and not to predict where the market is going: i just have to go with the flow of the market. since mid last year until now, i'm still here and not even once i funded myself again and i can see my equity growing slowly.

I came across this forum and it really catches my attention, the reason i followed and read the thread... it's like i'm having a goosebumps because all i read here, i can really relate to my experience and struggles. I admire all of you who followed and some started with fti, you're on a good side now. well me, i'm learning now, although late, better this way than never

now, i have found a lot of answers to my questions here in this forum(that keep on building in my forehead)

I am dancing now with my favorite pair, aud/usd and remove my stop loss (i feel free now) and also tried snowballing - with right disposition and capitalization plus ditermination... well guys, i'm on the right direction.

I'm going to re read AOW again and how i can relate it to my own trading behaviour.

after reading threads here i have recoupe my military and re assess my armaments and ammos, draw battle plans and layout methodology of implementations.

before going to battle i must know my self and the market. I need to have a very sound strategies with a clear goal with a lot of flexibilities where i have to decide and act if need be without doubting myself.

Plan and execution must be of the same importance.

Like fti's story of the monk, i will never engage myself in trading with HOPE in my arsenal - hope is a disastrous element in trading.

I need to have more determination from now on.

I need to practice and practice and practice until i can master my TIMING in the market.

I must follow the flow like the water and master the dance steps and styles - that i can be a very good dancer.

and lastly i will never ever endulge myself into 'over analyzing charts'

i am still a newbee, any ideas, inputs, guidance you want to share to me will be appreciated. thanks in advance. i'm really excited now

to all the people who started this forum and made it rock n rolling - good riddance to all of you.

That is one of the important things we newbies have to understand. Yesterday was a bad day for me, I traded in the in the London session and I lost my scout, and 2 rescues before the US session opened. The rest of the day I refrained from trading(it was going to be vengeance trading) and kept repeating to myself "Today was a bad day, don't make it worse, stay out of the market, tomorrow will bring new opportunities"
