Help for a little EA Moving Average

Hi, i want to make a little ea. i have try to make by myself but not work ... i dont know why.

i want take buy when Moving average 4 cross 12 and the 20 are high than the 12

i want take short when Moving Average 4 cross 12 and the 20 are low than 12

What you are looking for is an MA crossover EA. There are plenty of them around, don't need to write a new one.

i have try some ea and not take position and my expert advisor are open ... if i put a tp 2 3 4 5 a low tp does the EA can take a position or not ?
