My friends, I would just like to say that I'm tired of losing my hard earned money to the malevolous Market Makers and am therefore committed to learning their treacherous ways so I can benefit from them. I'm finishing reading Master the Markets, and will hopefully become proficient in VSA.

May the force be with us all.

I use this pivot indicator which has sweet spots, HL of the day and opening price...in my opinion it is good...

Has anyone talked to MalcolmB? I'm just curious what his analysis is for the rest of the week? Are you still thinking we won't see a new low Malc?

Welcome to Shamus' thread. The best advice I can give you is to read the thread.....twice and all the material given there in.

There are some guys on here who are oracles of VSA knowledge, listen to what they say. They KNOW what they're talking about.

to be honest Donnie I am trading session by session these days,.

Today I was selling all rallies GU due to being under yesterdays close and poc at 1,5316 , that was the sweet spot for sells. I only did one trade on gu today for 35 pip and one on es for 4 point

eu has had high volume on 60 min down move to 1,3600 , but so far we have not seen any buying reaction to that . We could see a move down to 1.3550 / 1.3500 and see what happens from there.

There arfe so many pips to be every day why even other holding for 400 ? you can make that in 2 days trading the gu movements if you have enough time.

Thank you Malcolm! I just like to hear your opinion, I have been doing the same but off of the pivot points. I made about 150 pips last 36 hrs on GU so not bad for me. I pretty much waited for the top and then started shorting as we started messing with yesterdays pp. I am a lot more aware of open/close price thanks to you and acumen.

I won't be holding out any big lots for 400 pip moves either today/tomorrow.

How do you tell the difference between profit taking and selling climax? I think both are possible if you just look at the high volume and high spread down bar. And because of asia session, the volume is normally low, does it make sense to find a no-demand bar on 4H timeframe?

Here is a 'fixed' version of the updated indi I posted earlier... seems there were some problems I wasnt aware of when I posted it.

Still havent been able to solve the redisplay issue, so be aware whenever you restart your MT platform, you will have to edit and restart the indicator to force it to redraw. Seems to be a timing issue with MT.

Added the ability to change the Volume colors from the properties window, and the naming should tell you what they represent.

To anyone who pm'd me and didn't recieve a response, I apologize, I have been very busy on some other things and haven't been able to get back to you. So sorry... and I hope I got it right this time...

im just learning, however ...

@nd - is by definition a small spread low vol upbar closing at or below the middle, not just low volume ... but you are right with your observation about asia low volume, whether its information or just noise?

@profit taking - it looks like profit taking from intraday shorts to me

@selling climax ... im not sure here, as i said i just started with vsa ...

edit: ok, guess i was wrong .. stopping vol has narrow spread, selling climax is more appropriate

going on on the EU.

very dangerous as it is counter trend.

would like to see the up move with low vol retest as i am long. maybe new york will do this. can even take until close and we see a upward move next week but this is just guessing and wishfull thinking.

(Malcom, everyone is shouting the downtrend is back. i wouldn't be so sure yet... but maybe this is just denial as yesterday i lost a couple of trades because i was so long biased)
