Can large orders go through without moving price? When price stops moving does it mean that there are no orders that would be large enough to move the market going through or does it mean that the continues to be perceived as fair to both buyer and seller?

I'd say that about wraps it up Darkstar, I would only add that when open interest is consumed at a certain price, price will not necessarily move 1 pip, it will move to the next available order, which could be 1/2 pip or a couple of pips if liquidity is low on a certain side of the market, or both sides I guess...
