you need first a few signs for a H&S to form.
first you need to have a TL break,then you it should take out the low of the neckline to confirm we heading down,even if its with 1 pip ,doesnt matter,then we should retrace back to form the RS ,normally at the backside of the TL ,or any fib close to the high of the LS...

so far we are still above TL and its still in a uptrend,no confirmation that we heading down ..and this chart is the 15 min... hope this help..

but damm the smaller you guys go with H&S the less valid it become... but trade your charts ..it can easily drop down to your targets you had on your post ... i dont trade smaller than 1 hour charts,,so you have a better view than me...

good luck.. but keep in mind the signs of H&S formations ..TL ,break and low of prev low need to taken out at that will be the neckline,,even its with 1 pip,its ok...


PS..eur/usd more interresting than the gbp/usd right now... if the eur/usd drop 2day ... a good buy right at this level is ok..1.34947 spot on.. but thats only my call and my orders ,,its still far ,but im hoping we can go that far down

im srry but you guys had absoluut no clue about H&S formations..but go ahead and trade that funky new age H&S ... i dont trade smaller Tf..you might have a better idea whats going on inside the 4hour candles

no h&s seems in gu , looks more bearish than gj , should test tl 1.4948 as gj to close by 2 or hrs or so below 133.42 ,may be 21 to go up .

well done on that call .. if you really want to trade H&S formations,try higer TF .its much stronger than the ones on lower TF..

here is a example of a typical inverted one,,im waiting for ...
its the eur/gbp but on daily ..what im look for now is to take out the high of the neckline at 0.9152 ,then a bounce back to form the right shoulder at untested supp +- @ 0.8841 or a fib closest to that level.. and also what add more weight on my view that we need to go back to that untested supp level is that we had a weekend gap on sunday and we need to close it ... i have a very agggresive sell order at 0.9157 ,,with a tight stop,,close above that level ,then i will get stopped out,,but thats ok ..risk only 40 pips for a possible of 300 pips profit ..then a reverse at supp at right shoulder ....

You are correct, it is a pretty clear H&S pattern. Whether it plays out as one is another matter.

Too much shouty shouty here sometimes. People here are too quick to dismiss what others can see.
