Today after a lot of discussion with ICM Trading staff they abruptly closed my account and refunded me my initial deposit.. Imagine what a simple way they had ... frustrated me to the point that I felt that even getting back my deposit of 500$ was a good choice even when i had 9000+ dollars in my account.

And that too from legitimate trading.

OK Now let me tell u how exactly i made this 9000 dollars.
You are free to try this on their demo or live platform wintrader and it works 100% of times.

firstly they have no system of spread for the options premium so if a person buys an option ... then he has the liberty of 40-50 pips of movement before the premium changes for the bought strike price.
so what i did was ... i bought the options at premiums of 0.0001 ... and so i had 40-50 pips of liberty to sell it at 0.0001 (same as what i bought it for) without incurring a loss
and if price rises by 50 pips or sometimes even less then my invested amount was doubled instantly.
This is especially important when the price is at the junction of 2 strike prices.. so the premium keeps shuffling between 0.0001 and 0.0002 several times along with the price action. So just buy when its 0.0001 and sell it at 0.0002 of premium. Trust me I made over 5000 dollars in almost 1 hours when eur/usd kept moving in a range.

moreover what i did was i bought a call and a put at 0.0001 premium at the same time ... so even if market went in any direction I got profit to the scale of 1:3 or sometimes even more than that.

and trust me what u are doing is completely legitimate ... the part about buying a call and put at the same time is a modification of the commonly known "long straddles" option strategy

Just have a demo account and try this on the options trading ... the results are unbelieveable....
Since I am far away from them and not much into legalities I cannot pursue the lawsuit ...

Incase of any questions i will be glad to help u ...

Where is the 'profit'?

If you started with 500 and got 500 back then there is no profit.

Nothing is guaranteed.

Perhaps I misunderstand your point, please explain further if you can. . .

I think what he was saying is that he built up $9000 by good trading in his account, but that the damned brokerage kicked him out, returning only his $500. I'd like to know the name of that broker!

Cheers...

Would you say this particular method works only because of the loophole with this broker , or is this something that could work with any fx options broker?

If it works with other brokers as well, then why would you not be able to do the same on some other legitimate brokers? Pretty sure there should be an ECN broker out there that offers fx options trading and where you could try this again. Agreed?

hi,
Yes the broker in question is ICM trading ... and I earned 9000 dollars in almost 2 days. (since I was just starting out) Trading it confidently with some advanced tactics one can earn much more.

My yahoo messenger id is [email protected]

anyone interested in knowing more about this system can add me to your messenger or my skype id is igauresh786

I will better solve ur doubts online so that there is no confusion.

There are no charts cause its more or less a NON CHART method based on the volatility of the market in general.

It works best at ICM trading because of absence of spreads in their software.
Essentially it should work at any broker using ActForex platform with FX Options.

It does work to some extent on all brokers with options but the time needed is more. At ICM trading it works with 100% accuracy but just the problem that they will not allow u to withdraw. So be ready to file a lawsuit or earn slowly and withdraw slowly....

Yeah...doesn't sound right. I traded options with IG markets and the market really has to move a good amount before a certain time of day for the premium to change. But, the straddle is a good strategy with high volatility. But again, the market MUST move.

This type of strategy is akin to grid trading.

A long straddle when done properly makes money when the price moves far in either direction.

Generally speaking, the price of an option is dictated by market forces and a spread. ICM has no spread for their options, which is why long straddles make perfect sense with them.

Options, unlike forex or stocks, lose their value after x period of time because an option can expire. That's where the risk is, the price of the underlying security will not move far enough to cover the cost of the option.

The part that I don't understand is what option expiration date igauresh is using.

Before you all start bashing this thread, I suggest you learn what a long straddle is, or options trading for that matter.

The problem with a long straddle is that it loses money (the premiums) if the price doesn't move. And they are priced in such a way that the expected volatility is priced in (the implied volatility), so in general you can't win unless you have a better volatility forecast.

No spread options is like no spread FOREX. Almost certainly a scam. Besides, like you said, what's the point of winning if you can't take the money out.

In fact, hmm, I think I'll make a site tonight in which all of you can play and win billions, but I believe you'll have problems cashing out

For all those bashing up this thread... well firstly open a demo account with ICM trading and try it out ... You have no idea of what u are even talking about...

As for Ronald Raygun ... I bought the options for 1 month period... though i sold them mostly in a couple of hours... since u see in ICM the price(premium) doesnt change with every pip. It is like a block which moves every 50 pips of price movement... so i buy the option when the price is fluctuating between 0.0001 and 0.0002... buy low sell high ... the price of the option fluctuatates very frequently at certain price levels... Just try on the demo and let me know....

And those wondering about volatility ... have u ever heard of a currency not moving 100 pips in an entire month.. at ICM the minimum amount it should move is 100+ pips to be in profit in a long straddle ... and many times its less than that cause one option goes in profit and the opposite side of the straddle is still having the opening premium... Just try this out so u will understand everything ...
