Not sure I really favour a retracement - it confuses things.

Anyways ... USD/JPY is under renewed pressure, presently at 89.25, with a US investment house seen selling aggressively.

Ulster Bank has reported a loss of £368m for last year, according to figures from its parent bank Royal Bank of Scotland. This compares with a profit of £218m in 2008.

But, let's not forget the good news: RBS's loss was only £3.6B, as opposed to it's previous £26B loss.

Maybe it is late 2008 all over again ... the financials certainly aren't any better now than they were then.

At this time of the day anything can happen in forex market..we just dont know what the big dogs are up to.. I am in favor of a retracement to 138.4..there is an old H4 fractal resistance there and it coincides with fib 62. But a false break at 137.6..maybe we can have 134 much earlier.

UK prelim Q4 2009 business investment -5.8%, -24.1% y/y. The annual fall is the biggest since series began in 1967. It's knocked GU & GY lower again. OK, now let's make sure King does an equally good job ... I feel like taking some profits but ... you just never know.

A solid close on the 15M above the TL could signal a potential retrace. (but with caution because it's near the 23.6% fib)
We could just bounce back down from here, has been the dominant line for the move today.

GJ- the price have reached to FIB 23% = mid line Bollinger bands = 50 EMA on 15 min chart. Just below 137 and bounced back.
Does it mean that the trend is continues or its too early to say?
Looks like King did not affect the GBP much, as well as the bad report.
Or may be market is waiting for CBI report? But that's only in 2 hours...
Very low volume. Do you think they all went for lunch in London and Europe? Sitting in Dubai- difficult to guess when they are hungry

Man this pair has been so flat and down over the past 2 days you'd have to be blind not to make money from it. I went long.....it went short....I went short...I went short....I went short haha. I'm still thinking about going short!

I have loaded multiple shorts on GJ. My last was on last retracement @ 136.60. I am in profits so far, but started having doubts about stayng in my short positions. May be its time to close all of them at this level?

what is IMPORTANT LEVEL? 137 to brake up or 136.26 to continue down?

In case it goes there, I have placed multiple buy order at135.75 61.2% if of total move on weekly. It should retrace from there significantly if not fully.
