GM - nice one V - I caught that too, buying at FO after a HL.....exited too early ....now short for a possible drop into LO....

closed after spike down to 5500 level.....daily quota reached, back for NYO....

Might struggle to go below 5485 but am really looking for a move of around 125 odd from 5575, so down to around Y's low.

I have D M2 at 5456 which is around the euro/London session lows, as opposed to Y's Asian session low. So that will be a good target.

All out after 5450 held. The pivot and London session lows can be clearly seen here.

One of our trading guides is to keep on trading until gu has had a 100+ pip run. If you get in at the high great if somewhere along the way then look at good target areas from the high/low of the move.

Been flat out lately with work and spending time with the missus (Just got married so cant spend all my time trading )

Took a sell today at median pivot today at 60 when GU formed a top and turned, exited at the 50 level for 10 ticks.

Vantage... in your last post do you mean, you keep on trading throughout the day until GU has had a 100 tick run.

Islander.... I noticed that you use the correlation between swissy and cable a fair bit with your entries, can you explain a bit more about what you look for between the two pairs. Is it one leading the other, or is it whether swissy is hitting S/R which means that cables current wave may turn. Is there somewhere you can direct me to where i can learn a bit more about this. PM me if its more convenient for you.

GM - the usual 6am action was a LH in € and a slightly HH just > its DP for cable. This was followed by a high vol red candle and I sold the 1min LH and banked a few pips.

I use Swissy as a proxy for the dollar and if its making larger moves this will clarify what's happening in cable / euro - always assuming its not got its own news in play.

I also watch the €s action as its often clearer than cables - like just now....

As often as we can yes, stay around until gu has done a 100+ pip move.

The way I see it.

After a nice shooting star yesterday would expect some more downside.

1hr chart attached, poss turn areas if the D P at 5462 fails. 50% of Y's range at 5483 to the D R1/W P combo around 5532 would be areas to watch for sells, again thats if we go above D P.

15 min had a nice hammer, then a doji, no follow through, also suggesting down.

Agreed.....just closed my short after the 1 min hammer at the days open level....entry was after the LH after FO....

The 15 min chart no follow through.

We struggle to focus on 1 min, but with a 15 or 5 min candle warning getting better at Islander style!!! I did a post on this a day or two back. SEE POST 917.

After a hesitation candle we look at next 1 min entry.

There was also a 5 min chance, move up a no follow through candle, see arrow down.

Islander we look for 1 decent trade in FH and don't try for the level of moves that you sometimes do.

From now on I will be concentrating more on my on-going research into the short term swings around these times and will be posting less in this thread.

I believe that both Medici and I have shown the potential that is available in the three or four hours from 6am gmt - just working on four swings for this period, the total average of pips available so far this (quiet) month has been 183 pips / day.........

If anyone is interested in sharing in the work just send me a PM.

15 min chart again.

I was very disappointed to miss the hesitation candle and move up from 5425. We did get this 25 pip move down to T's open. 15 min reject candle next 1 min move down as entry.

If you could post end of session charts with the actual entries and exits for each trade you have taken I'm sure lots of people will be most grateful (V's included).

Just showing 1 min chart where entry was taken after 15 min candle, per post 935. It also happens to be the 2nd 1 min lh, one of the trades we look for.

The red arrow down is covered by the M1/M3.

With everything saying sell ej, 1 min trades. First +21 exit at W S3 and this is the 2nd trade, exit when 25 held for +19.

Thats a 4% return in under an hour.

Grabbed another 10 here on ej 1 min when pivot and 75 combo looked like holding. Was also a 5 min hl.
