I like ZhouYun's charts: they are informative, well structured and simply neat. What I do not much like is the idea of huge diagonal.
Glenn Neely thought this way a couple of weeks ago - he was also expecting a diagonal formation. This is his text: "For structure to make sense, wave-c must be smaller than wave-b. Therefore, go Long at 1.4027, with a sell-stop at 1.3674." So he considered this downmove as an a-b-c structure, just like ZhouYun does. Note his words: "wave-c must be smaller than wave-b". Well, Neely's trade hit SL, and the length of c-wave probably ruined his idea of the diagonal (not sure about this, I do not know neowaves that well).
I personally see euro's current downmove as an ordinary impulse, which is going to continue well below 1.20 level.

Question...how do u wave out the eurusd rising, and the audusd falling? Are they not correlated so heavily that they trade in relatively the same direction? Thanks for any feedback you can give.
The correlation between Euro and AUD is not strong on fundamental basis. AUD is a commodity based currency while Euro is not. So, AUD's performance has a lot to do with commodities, while Euro is basically a fiat currency.
A question for Zhouyun: How long have you been trading with EW? Are you completely self-taught or did you learn it from some other experienced elliotticians? Thanks for you work and charts. They are very clear and informative. Awesome!
