I need to know about your entries, how do you determine when to get in ? What is it that you see happening ? The EMA's are lagging and for the type of entries your doing you must see something else on the 1or 3 MIN, help me understand.
Look at something long enough, you will eventually get it.

Hi lillelise,

The pullbacks at the start of a trend are ok. But its the pullbacks at the end which turn into losses. How do u decide that the trend is weak now and no more shorts or longs. Do you see the weakness of the trend from the 1min emas.

if you take a look at 4h 1h trend has been clerly down for pretty long now....and you dont take shorts as long 3 -5 is trending up..basicly..

i guees you look for ema crosses as entries...I dont in that way..using those at entries....look for top and bottoms...support and resistance...
...you got those even on these small time frames....
...something like if trend is down....look for the top before...if price hit that or very close...there can be a possibility for an entry short...

Its impossible to look for EMA crosses as entries on the 1min if your trying to scalp the way you do, I know that

Support and resistance is something that u have to kind of get the feeling for especially on the 1 min, that comes with experince.
Look at something long enough, you will eventually get it.

i dont know if you missunderstood me....im not trading crosses...
...the emas just help me see every thing...
and...evrything is a combination of multiple timeframes..

Lillelise Method (EMAs 200 120 55 20 10) is not that hard to understand. The EMAs he is using is part of any other Rainbow like strategy. To show trend direction.

If anyone familiar with Floor Trader Method (9/18, 9/20, 9/30), this going to help knowing the trend.

Combine both method and you will get great benefits from both method. Try to concentrate on L1 / first pullback only to gain profit. Modest TP target

true...no special about the numbers on the emas i use..just for visual see the trend..
......without haveing tryed it..i guess you can do the same..just by using trend lines..

hey , I have been reading this thread since page 1, at first it looked a bit confused but seems better now and easier now, is quite similar of what I was doing, at least the principals(go in take few pips an run away), but I was using B Bands, Stcha and MACD with crossover, had pretty good results....
Now I'm trying this system and it looks to work too and very well...
but Im using the dual ema...

but what happen to this thread is kind dead now!!! no one else is using that system anymore?

ok, this is the 9 last entries, all with profit, I was going really short, 1 to 3 candles only... not bad, if one can do it several times per day...

hello,

this is a realy goooood system. i try this system in an M15 and H1 chart. with a good money management it is easy and profitable.

i trade ema 5 high, low. rsi 8 (40/60), pivot(S/R) and fibonacci's.
