i showed this chart earlier, but i thought it would be better to show it again and post my thoughts.

needless to say, we are at a very important level on g-j. from here, it's either back up or way down. just open a monthly chart and look at the last bearish monthly candle - 139.22 low; a break below would most probably take us to 132 area at least.

we have seen distribution today - this is for sure - there was buying @ 140.40 area, and it was strong enough to stop the panic fall. i expect at least another test of 140.40, and we'll see if it's strong enough to launch another rally. be careful at a possible fake breakout below support; also be careful at a fake rally...

important levels to watch:
- support: 140.40 area, and 139.22.
- resistance: 143.87, and 144.79; above these levels bulls are taking control again (at least to 148).

i don't know where price is heading, but i am watching these levels.

i think Gold crashing on technical is not new cus chart shows the fall and i've post the chart b4....i dont have full background on how gold is traded on fundamental but the chart says it should drop and more may come if this continue to play out...

I hope my updates help, was there 2 chances early on GJ was able to make +120 pips with tight SL from the black lines.
