If you simply need to close all orders, Open as well as pending.
just use SCRIPT NUMBER 10

Hi Forexsaint,

Have you got in your list an Ea that executes orders using lines that can be dragged on your chart. ie. pending orders, stoploss & profit targets ?

I have not yet posted any link to such script..

35) Time Based Entry EA2
- To open BUY and/or SELL market order of SET Lot size
- With SET S/L & T/P
- At SET time of the day (hour and minute based setting, based on BROKER's TIME)
- Both BUY & SELL can be placed, depending upon the TRUE & FALSE setting.
- 29 FX pair related orders will be allotted hard coded magic number from 101 to 129 (as in the code)
- To be used to an EA

36) Close All Open Orders On SET Time SET Symbol SET Account EA
- To Close ALL open orders/trades at a specific time of the day (hour and minute based setting, based on BROKER's TIME)
- Of set symbol (the chart on which it is attached)
- For SET account number entered in settings only.
- To be used as an EA

- To Close ALL open and Delete All pending orders at a specific time (hour and minute based setting, based on BROKER's TIME)
- On SET Day. Days are numbered from Monday to Sunday from 1 to 7
For e.g. For Day friday, enter number 5 in settings.
- To be used as an EA

- To close all open orders of a specific Magic Number as entered in setting when their cumulative profit reaches a set Profit target as entered in settings.

39) Trail Order SL to MA EA
- To trail the Stop loss of an open order according to an MA(moving Average).
- MA time frame can be set in setting as safety feature, so that SL doesn't get modified, if time frame of chart is changed
- MA can be sma/ema/smma/lwma, based on entry in setting "METHOD".
Default is 1 or EMA. 0:sma; 1:ema; 2:smma; 3:lwma
- Based on setting "APPLY_TO", MA can be applied to Close/Open/High/Low/Median/Typical/Weighted.
Default is 4 or Median. 0:close; 1:open; 2:high; 3:low; 4:median; 5:typical; 6:weighted
- BUFFER setting for start of trailing feature only a pip distance above/below MA.
- To be used as an EA.

Hello,

Regarding the second buy/sell script posted.

How come when I try to edit the values in metaeditor and then compile it so I dont have to set the values everytime it says access is denied?

Any suggestions, Im still getting the access denied when Im trying to modify the SL,TP in metaeditor, im using windows 7.

The SOURCE of scripts posted as Number 2, has been posted before too. You can ask there , in case of any problems with them. Smjones is the author, i think and script has his contact email too.
"Access denied" problem... though heard for first time... may be your OS is making all mq4 files as "read only" (or you inadvertently did that). Check file attributes before editing.

Does this script work with 5 digit brokers like ducascopy? I tried it with their MT4 platform but cannot get it to work. Any suggestions?

Just checked again.Both scripts (Buy and Sell) working on 4 & 5 digit broker, both.
Dukascopy is a ECN broker i think and ECN's don't allow preset TP and SL afaik. Correct me if i am wrong. So you can try using them editing the TP and SL field to zero.
Then copy them to Program files>Mt4 installation folder>Experts>Scripts folder
and then drop or double click them. Try it on demo and then use.

It should be used as an EA. I have already mentioned that where it is listed.

Thanks I read that in the pervious post, but trying out if posting suit use as script as it quite useful. Anyway, thanks for the advice.

Never heard of (at least on mt4).
You can use any open order script posted here and dropping it on chart when you see that new tick in mt4 order placement window. I still think its not something that's "tick" quick.

Hi,
Thanks to the originator of this thread, Forexsaint for a great job in putting together all these nice scripts.

Since forex runs on parallel and inverse relationship, that is if the EURO is strong/weak across the board, you could either buy or sell it against the other currency on the other side. In this case you might need to take a quick action hence the use of a script that could go either of way, especially when you day trade. Could it be possible to get such a script(s) either on this site or elsewhere?

As far as opening multiple orders at once is concerned,
Use SCRIPT no. 32 posted -->HERE<--
To buy/open selected pairs, just put the various pair names in its settings (there are 10options)
As for closing them is concerned, i think that script can be hacked for closure too. You may try to post a new request thread for that (Sorry, no requests in this thread)

I tried the Rapidfire 7 scripts and it works, just need little adjustment on my part after playing around it . This is a good start for me. My next step now is looking for another one that comes with S/L and T/P (if possible multiple levels) that will potentially save me from quick and sudden movement of price action against me and also protect my profit. As for the one to close all positions, am still on my search. Once again, thanks so much for your time and sharing your resources.
