USD Index Chart Not USD Index Indicator

Hi guys! I would like to know if anyone can come out with USD Index chart and not an USD Index indicator. I have the USD Index indicator attached for your reference. Thanks.

What do you need to be changed? Have it displayed in the same window as the chart - or only as a bar chart not an line chart?

I haven't been able to find one of these indicators with candlesticks. Will someone please change the display of this indi from histogram to candles?
