Well if I had to guess "and this is pure speculation" considering that it looks to take 11 bars to complete an up cycle and approx the same to complete a dn cycle on the 4hr macd. . .

We are about one or two 4hr bars from crossing the zero line up on MACD. Therefore I suspect we should start to see divergence lower on the 4hr chart within 48-52 hrs (meaning histogram bars diverging lower. . .)

11 bars + 2 bars = 13 bars x 4hrs = 52 hrs approx. = 2 days. . .

Again take this with a grain of salt because we could trade sideways to relieve the 4hr hr chart as well. . . just have to see how it closes today which looks to be another close below daily gann. . .

PA just keep test 149.00 and fail. Is looking more going down for tomorrow tread heading test 146.50. Or just because US on holiday so the trend is out of analysis

I will remain bullish as long as price above 146.85 which was the breakout price from the flat top triangle 4 hr..

thanks for the posts wont be online for another twenty days or so properly i can see where price is bouncing to and from and the preasure is building tomorrow will be the key im thinkng as the daily triangle breaks on the shorter tf we have bearish paterns but daily bulish giving/equals our range, lets see - i would like to add an experienced trader would probably wait for the break then play the s/r lines or just the daily break dropping down tf's as we get close anyway thanks again for the posts

Do i have my Gann's line setup improperly or something? GJ daily ganns have been riding below the last 20 or so candles?

No - if you get a solid daily close above daily gann then all sell bets are off. . . Would wait for the next daily candle to open for a test of daily gann support and would consider longs. . .

If we continue to get a daily close below daily gann as the daily chart is indicating then I would wait for a test of this resistance and enter short.

Now looking at the 4hr chart it would suggest that the selling pressure will be minimal - not saying that it won't go lower just saying that it will be contained until the 1hr, 4hr and daily area...

No - if you use gann 10 then yr chart is correct. . .
I set my gann a bit more agressive which gives me a heads-up and better warning sign so your gann probably still sits below the candle. . .

Ukdaytrader. . . I base my gann setting off of fibonacci numbers - 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, etc. . . That's why the difference. . .

Really showing my ignorance now, but what relation do the fib numbers have with the Gann setting?
