Demo Accounts

I want to open a demo account with alpari ( havent had one with them before) does that mean that I have to download metatrader again? and would it be better to download multi terminal?

As far as I know, you can just enter a new demo server's address into Tools->Options->Server to change your demo server. But if you want to keep your old account too then you'll need to download and install a second platform.

just install in the same folder for MT4, if you wanna change account
File -> Login -> and choose which server

My next question is are there any ECN demo accounts which feed live data or do they all lag? And does anyone know of any regular broker accounts which use the live data or do they all lag aswell?

They don't lag they are just not as "active" if you watch the ticks.
