quickly change TP and SL

when I'm already in a trade, and have horizontal lines on the chart at the TP and SL levels, is there an EA or script ... (or could somebody write one) ... where I could just double-click on the line, drag it to a new level, and the order will automatically be modified to use that new level?

Trading from the chart is not an MT4 capability. It appears that version 5 will have this kind of functionality.
