Technical Analysis Fallacy

my body clock is so screwed....very embarassing....you seen the earlier mindless flipping, I left half still short and target got hit while in my sleep, when I woke up, I realized I forgot to cancel the pending buy order @ 4300 i set earlier in the morning before I went for breakfast...now I dont know what to do....so I have a unintended scout at 4300....really need some discipline

Happy trading day everyone. I dozed through London open and am not alert and ready for anything. Fresh coffee and some very cold fresh air outside. My focus is now on the GBP and E/J, but that could change quickly (come on CAD). Staying focused now.

a lot of stops got wiped during the past 15 minutes. News effect is exhausting quickly... Still feels to me like going south... we'll see.

Focusing on the aud and cad now. Let's see if a trade makes sense on these two pairs.

during work i was thinking some more about this course... i have not enough time for trading so i'll share some thoughts...

i said it was pretty difficult to repeat what someone said and then reply. after some practice and with good concentration it is not so difficult to do.

we talked about neutral subjects and everone could listen and reply not unlike trading you can learn this....
the problems started when our teacher Denijs Bru (who could make a good dealer??) had the class figured out and got started....

example: a girl did not understand an explanation and the more she panict the weirder his explanations got. the girl could not repeat what he said and almost started to cry (no confidence).... so i stepped in and told her what the teacher meant.... now it was my turn:
he said: "so i am stuppid" i told him i was tring to help the girl out ... he:"so iam stuppid and cruel" i could not confront him and say YES. (avoiding conflict) very soon i could not repeat his words and he asked me to repeat...

a classmate let me of the hook and asked him why we have to repeat and he didn't. (authority problem) "because it was his class and should not question the way he teaches"

everones weakspot got hammered. and nobody could listen and reply under stress.

when i think about market structure and mindset... i think this is how markets work. when there is some weakness the dealers take the weakness out untill the next weak positions shows up....
maybe the market ATM is like the story above. no neutral talk/trading, wich can be done. but one killing triggering the next. no subject or direction, just the apex (wich fti mentioned) playing with the students/traders.

after writing this it is even more clear to me how important mindset is and ofcourse:
If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles.

Am flat on the aud trade (sheesh that thing is slow) and am protecting my entry on the CAD (may just take profits here). Slow day so far.

Edit: square on the cad with 11 pips, waiting for the FA in 18 mins.
