I have always been wondering what the relation is between news items and the pairs.I think will keep following this thread,i have seen good pips.
Yesterday,was surprised at what happened with EU since al other pairs went up and it went down.
If you dont mind,please elaborate how news items affect the pairs and how.

I opened this thread for learning purposes and also to see how news and fundamentals affect the pairs. If you like you can read the thread and see for yourself how some news affected the pairs. I look at the calendar and i clear all the words for the respective event so that i understand what the numbers mean. Also i look through the news sites like: FF, Reuters, Bloomberg, etc and read news. There isn't a standard "news affect" for the pairs but the best thing is to make your analysis for the news and write a journal. Is this help?
