I have been getting my Dukascopy Data from here recently:

He has Indices and Crypto aswell.
The Files are exported into a choice 3 different Formats, Metatrader, Excel, JSON, also if you click on 'Settings' you can change The Time Zones. Dukascopy uses UTC GMT, but my brokers use GMT+2 (EET = GMT+2).
You can also change Maximum bars to 200 000. This website stores more minute bars than Dukascopy (3yrs).
The download interface is easy to use:
