Not sure if it reaches 146.40 area but keep that in your hip pocket as it is monthly support after 147. . . If that is taken then we are retracing the entire holiday move and we visit 145/144. . .

Took a short @ 147.83. Looking to target the LTL on the Daily which is currently 146.20 ish. Will look to close anywhere approaching 146.5.

Let's see how it plays out.

Edit: Hint of reasonably strong buying here. Closed short. +28.

147.815 now - bounced off the low @ .362 ; doesn't look too convincing a down trip though - I'll assume it's reaching a trend line, and will hopefully continue down to at least 147.134. Perhaps the news in 2 minutes will nudge it in the right direction.

Have taken half my profit off the table leaving 2 more TPs down @ 146.66 & 146.56 and then some hopefull buys just below that, if it gets there. Gotta get some shuteye now; looks like our move down will be done in time for the NY session.

Happy New Year! I hope everyone had a good holiday.

The geppy seems to be favoring 3 major TLs, so we're bouncing very nicely between them atm. We should continue consolidating in this area until the NFP or later.

3 months ago I was saying we would consolidate towards 148.6 SR by the end of January. I was thinking around the 20th or so. Not a very exciting scenario, but so far has played out quite accurately.

If we don't get a good reason to move out of this area, then we'll probably consolidate next towards 145.6 by the end of February. lol

Until we break out, it's a nice range to play in, with plenty of great trades in both directions.

Not much else to it at the moment.

Not comfortable with the PA; 2 shorts out @ ~146.65. Cancelled longs until base is confirmed.

this forum is full of geppy longs ?? you guys wont see 151 and above again.. eur/jpy busy forming reversal H&S on 4 hour ..cad/jpy topping out already ..gbp/jpy will follow .. im short at 150,target 128 area..

I generally agree that yesterday was suspicious. GU was weak even though equities were way up.

I am wondering if there will be a bit of a short squeeze in Geppy (to 148?) etc. going into nonfarm payrolls for Friday.

Then a more push down.

Agree with all those "long-term" trades, but we're still in short-term and you're too early on entries in my opinion.

128 will happen but not before we take a small trip back to complete the wave pattern. . . I'm seeing at 153.50 area if not slightly higher sooner rather than later. . .

Keep in mind as long as we are above daily gann bullish senario is still good. . .

If I see a daily close below that then I concur with yr target. . .
